Great job! We have ordered a Volcano Orange Trophy (managed to get one with the black roof/wing mirrors too!) ourselves and I already have the black emblem sat here after watching your video a couple days ago. I'd love to do the wheels too but that's just not a possibility at this time. I can't wait for delivery in September, the test drive was really impressive, it was beyond my expectations in build quality and how it drove.
Great transformation, I do have the black MG logo for the front of our car but I didn’t fit it because I couldn’t replace the rear logo but after seeing your car I am going to fit it. I am also going to order the mudflaps and the front bumper fins..your car looks great. Well done.
Looks superb following the work you put in. I like the last parts for the front bumper, really changes the look. Do you have links for all the parts you used please?
great job! very stylish result! but why you didnt fix legs of car-lift opposite special places for that (small triangle dot on side plastic) ? incorrect place for load applied can make effect on battery frame. what do you think? I am about change my tires on my car for winter and very concern to put car lift in right place. can you show from below were it this place? it could be a subject for separate video. anyway, thanks for your job!
Hi, thank you. I think that if you lift the car from the side where I have placed the lift on the video you will not have a problem. When you look under the car you can see the lower spot on the metal side skirt. This is the strongest place that you can lift your car . I would worry if I you lift the car from the battery. When you lift a car there is some forces that change on the body. Especially if you use a jack only in the front or in the back. This is same when you drive of a sidewalk and you can listen the car “stretching “. But if you place the jack or the lift at the correct place you will not have a problem either way.
the one thing I don't like on the mg4 is the tiny wheels! I didn't even know it'd be an option to get bigger ones, so are these 19 inch ones? and does it affect the warranty of the car? Thanks for the content man, subscribed!
Hi! Thank you ! It shouldn’t affect the guarantee but it affects the range! I would suggest that you go with 18 inch as recommended from the manufacturer both for the guarantee and for the range. And the car looks so much better 🙂

Looks so much better. How much has changing the wheel size affected the range of the car? Or is there a way of adjusting the range for the bigger wheels?
The overall diameter is little bit smaller so they are not actually bigger but they are wider and heavier. You can not adjust the range for the bigger wheels you have to live with the loss. But from what I have seen on this car is around 30 km from a full charge. Soon I will make a video with two exactly same cars with the wheels being the only difference so we can see.🙂
@@magoulasfabrications7766 sounds great - I'll keep an eye out for that! I am possibly interested in buying one of these cars but like you, thought the wheels needed improvement!

Thanks! It makes the car much more sportier in driving and also the cornering is more aggressive with more grip! I love it but you do have to be careful in the put holes!!
Hi No I have not done this because the overall diameter is almost one centimetre less than the factory wheel. That makes the car lower but the gap between the wheel and the arch is bigger. So I do believe that a 3 centimetre drop will be great!
Hi Yes probably you are right. Paint also protect from the rust and a lot of aftermarket callipers is coming painted from the factory. I do not worry so much as the car is not meant for track use.

Looks great, love the black logo. The XPower looks too close to the standard car. This shows what they could have done with it.

Very tasteful customization. Now, except the new matte green for the X-Power variant, all colors MG offers look too solid. No metallic or pearly hues.
Thank you.
Only the orange and the blue are solid colours.
All the rest are metallic.
I really like the dark grey personally!

When you paint the calipers, they perform worse. Paint is an insulator that retains the heat.
