    Today I will explain the truth about keeping a high vibration while you are manifesting. It’s such a common theme in Law of Attraction content to hear that we must raise our vibrations as often as possible in order to reach alignment with our desire and manifest it into physical reality. This is true that maintaining a high vibration can help us manifest, but it is sooooo dang important to realize that all emotions/vibrations matter in life and are meant to be felt. We cannot expect to be happy 24/7 no matter who you are or what you’ve done. Resisting, avoiding, or suppressing low vibrational emotions can push these feelings and thoughts deep into our subconscious which may cause issues in the future.

    Such an important message! When I'm in a super low vibration, I keep in mind that at some point, I'll experience exact opposite of the emotion to the same degree. So at my lowest of lows, I know at some point I'll feel my highest of highs! It's an ongoing cycle.
    One thing I love about myself is my ambition :)

      @@khydo Trust me I’ve had a ton of moments where I could list a million things I hated about me and struggled to think of one positive. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t anything you love about yourself. Everyone has something deep inside them, some part that is loved. If you didn’t you wouldn’t be watching this kind of content trying to better your life. You may not be able to think of something at this moment, but things can change so much faster than we think. My entire life and view of myself shifted so quickly and I was able to finally appreciate me. I known you’ll find your way and I’m sending you love and positive energy.
