I appreciate this video. The most popular one that shows up when searching for this is really drawn out. When I’m outside with the filter in hand and I’m freezing, having you get straight to the point is a huge breath of fresh air lol thank you!
I just found mouse droppings in my glove box. I saw online that means a mouse has likely chewed through my cabin air filter and I need to replace it. Thank you for this how-to.
I have a really big question to ask you.....its not about this video you posted.......its about my 2007 escalade esv......my DLIS fuse keeps blowing as soon as you put a new fuse.....the theft light is on.....it will not turn over........do you have any idea what could be making it do that......i really need her back on the road.....thank you in advance
Great video, thank you. Is the white stuff on the back of the glove box also some type of filter or is it just for noise? It looks a little like a vacuum cleaner filter.
Hello Falcon ! I might be out of subject but Idon’t know if you have an idea about that but I recently constat only the front wheel drive in my MDX 2006! What is the cause? No transmission problem in the scanner! Only a coil that doesn’t work !
Would you be up for exchanging emails so I can ask you a specific question regarding what you might think I have going on with my blower in my 2019 Chevy Trax. I mean, I'll have to take it to a shop anyway, but I know that's going to be so expensive and while worth it, I want to attempt if myself but I need an expert opinion on where I could even start.
Thank you, how simple that is. Probably saved me 500.00 at my local auto repair places.
It’s about $100-$150 for a shop to change it , parts and labor.
Thank you sooo much! I'm trying to learn to do simple things on my car instead of always being charged ridiculous prices at the mechanic.
And you don't need to buy a new cabin filter, just clean it with air from a blower or vaccuum cleaner.
@@BusyMEOW Lets not get carried away, come on its like 15 dollar filter...
@@grilleFire Fine, I'll go buy one.. 🙄

Thanks Falcon! Can you show us where the fuel filter is located too please?
i think this filter is internal with the fuel pump .. so not serviceable
