The Harper Collins deluxe slipcase and the Alan Lee looked amazing must-haves for sure. But I wish Harper Collins should have included The Silmarillion,too.
The video I was looking for. I wanted to get this last week at the local bookstore but it was sold out so I bought the red deluxe edition. Went back today to look at other books and seen the sold out one back with one set. So I gave both now was trying to decide which one to keep because they are too expensive to keep both. Here in Canada they are 189 each. So after seeing your video I decided to keep the Allan Lee one
A classic series deserving of a good collectible book set. My mother has a large picture book version of The Hobbit which was my first big book read as a youth.
