Zyrtec was a game changer for me with LC! I first heard about how antihistamines helped with Long Covid from you when you were a guest on Realan Agle’s utube channel. Thank you! I’m about 90% better. The other thing no one talks about is the FLCCC Alliance’s website. It was so helpful!
Oh I’m so glad. For me it was Allegra and yes made a HUGE difference. So frustrating that people are so sick and not being told this. Am curious about the FLCCC website though. I use it fastidiously for acute covid prevention and treatment but didn’t find much for LC, but maybe they’ve updated it!
It is evidence based to activate the vagus nerve amongst other things. It’s probably one of the most important drugs we can take but obviously check with your medical provider.
Famotidine. It's OTC (over the counter) as PepcidAC. It is a cheap, safe antihistamine, one of TWO that people with Long Covid should consider taking for SYMPTOM management. Talk to you doctor (on the off chance that he / she is worth talking to, MOST US doctors aren't anymore although that's a 'systemic" issue). As to why this is not generally known? Because Eli Lilly or Pfizer or (insert name of big greedy powerful pharma company run by amoral vile human beings willing to see people suffer unnecessarily for profit) can't add to their already obscene profits with this product. But HEY ... capitalism! Freedom! USA! USA! USA! Aren't you glad you're free and not like other countries with Universal healthcare and sane drug prices? Thank a Republican!
