Just wanted to know, what we should eat just before and after yoga and how much gap should be there before and after performing yoga. Early morning you feel hungry after your daily routine. Thank you
give a gap of 3 hours between eating the food and yoga practise. You can eat anything with high protein and vitamin ( green sabji, rice, dahi, daal or salad) eat home cooked fresh food :)

Increase your yoga poses. 50 rounds are enough.
