Ginga means something like shake, but it has to do with the ability to dance and move in a dance like way. It is an expression used in African-based religions and also in capoeira (a martial art created by the slaves in Brazil). The dance element comes from the fact that the slaves disguised the fight training as a dance circle. So they'd say they were dancing if seen, so no punishment would be given. If you listen carefully, you'll hear the berimbau, a musical instrument created by the slaves to play during the practices. She is saying "entra na roda e ginga", that means "get in the circle and dance/fight/shake", all three translations are possible because ginga means all 3 as a disguise. So at the same time she is inviting you to dance, she is inviting you to fight.

Ginga is a move made in capoeira,that is a cultural brazilian dance/fight style created by the slaves,in order to defend themselves against their lords. It looks like a dance so the lords would think that they were just dancing,when practicing,but it can be a realy powerfull fight too if performed by a master.Look it up for ginga capoeira on youtube if you want,maybe you can find something that clears up what im saying.

Ginga/gingar is the act to dance or to fight "capoeira" (Brazilian fight/cultural dance)
Ginga is the name of a movement in a black historical dance/fight called Capoeira (many years ago the slaves used this to fight against their "boss" and to get distracted of their terrible life). In the music she say "entra na roda e ginga", there is a right time to do this dance/fight, and it's when happens the "Roda", when the Capoeira atletes do a circle and "plays" the game/fight doing the movements, between all of them (movements), you do a "ginga".
