the martial art is "Capoeira" and is an important part of the song hahha
"Ginga" it's a word in portuguese that means something like "shake". It's a expression used in african based religions and also in Capoeira (martial art created by black people enslaved in Brazil to be able to defend themselves [sad fact - brazil was the biggest trade of slaves in colonial era. It received five more times than the US]).
The dance element come from the fact that the slaves disguised the fight training as a dance circle. So they'd say they were dancing if seen, so no punishment would be given. If you listen carefully you'll hear the "Berimbau", a musical instrument created by the slaves to play during the practices. She's saying "entra na roda e ginga" which means "get in the circle and dance/fight/shake". All 3 translations are right because ginga means all three at the same time. So she's inviting you to dance and to fight.
Iza is really an amazing singer and performer and always doing her best to represent the rich brazilian culture. Also she's so damn pretty. Looking like a godess in this video.

Boa explicação, só adicionando : it's not really like "shake". There's no translation for Ginga, but I think it's more related to rhythm. It's about dancing or moving feeling the beat.

Actually "Ginga" its the main moviment in Capoeira, that why the instrumental Also means a expression here "to make it work, you have to have ginga" like the smooth of a dance, and precision of a fight, like capoeira

This vídeo brings the faith in the Orixás, Camdomblé/Umbanda religion in Brazil, in the Elements like Water, Earth, Fire... this elements belongs to the nature, every elements are a Orixá energy, in her phrase "Fé na sua mandinga, na roda e ginga", "Faith in Your Mandinga (Mandinga is a word that means work in a spiritual case, in a rude way), in the circle and Ginga {Ginga is a word for that movement in capoeira, when you move your body to left and right)", because when the slaves comes to Brazil, they become prohibited to practice their faith, so in the Farms, the slaves created the Capoeira to defend theirselves, the people and their faith. This is because Capoeira are associated in most of the times, in a spiritual therms in Brazil, in the houses were Camdomble and Umbanda Faith is practiced.
