First memory of water table around Chowchilla California 30 ft today 600 plus
Two solutions
1st Every till groundwater kill. Healthy ground holds water. A teaspoon of healthy ground holds as much life as our kind on earth. We can bring water back to cistern level treating ground as Earth skin. Our skin holds most our blood.
2nd Atmospheric water harvesting. Harvesting Airplane vapor trail phenomenon on ground will deliver agricultural and community water sustainably.
