Thinking of leasing because both my paid for cars seems to have problems every few months..I'm over the repairs!
This was a fantastic video. I’ve never considered a lease before, but the gentleman broke down the differences, and advantages of financing vs leasing where it was easy to understand.
Trues, it made it super understandable for me as well!
Great video explaining it for the ppl who don’t understand the concept of leasing over finance.
Great video. The gentlemen did a great job explaining everything. Really. Interesting. 😀
Great video! Thank you. I’m thinking about leasing the 2023 3 series.
Have you done it yet mate?
Fantastic information thank you
That’s it! I’ll be leasing my 2023 BMW😅
Oh whoa very informative vid
Do we have to pay for the freight when leasing a BMW or just when financing? Please respond. Thanks
What if you get a lease and total loss the car in six months do you just abandon the monthly payments or are you still on the hook for the payments on a car you no longer have?
for leases, never pay upfront or bring big downpayment… if you total the car, you lose all that money… the bank/leasing company is made whole by insurance and gap…but you lose whatever you put upfront
Are there 2 year leases? And can you pay the entire lease upfront?
Please answer.
Thanks
Yes and yes! There are 2 year leases and you can pay the entire lease upfront if you so choose.
Paying up front wouldn’t be the smartest idea lol❤

That's what I have always done because cars change so much in a few years that your better off.
My question is at the end of the lease and want to buy. Are you buying the car ar the vaule it is after the 3 years or do you purchase it at the value it was when started the lease?
You buy it at the current value of the lease termination
You pay whatever the residual value is of the vehicle if you want to buy it you can know what the residual value is before you even buy the car
@@sammyjiujitsu You buy it for whatever the residual value is there's nothing to do with whatever the current value is unless you're using current value as residual
Down payment in leasing is less than financing.. oh really? 😂yes
Probably because you are renting the car without owning it
Up front costs $800 application fee and return fee $400.
Can u extended your lease?
Depends on the brand. Some do up to six months, some don’t allow at all.
BMW might allow 2 months.
Novated lease or buy outright wity cash
Novated?
I love my bugatti lease I get a new one every year!!!
Bugatti doesn’t lease!😂 you need an allocation just to get near one and to have an allocation from them you need a minimum of two Bugatti’s in your profile. Nice try though
That doesn't make sense on so many levels I had to come in 5 months later
They didn’t say you need a 8000 credit score to lease a bmw
I think you meant 800 and not really BMWs aren't all that great
Aren’t most people having that?
I asked few random friends, all have 810-850 score.
Snakes
It’s said that the average person drives 12000-15000 miles a year why is bmw giving 10000miles a yr
Who told you that. I drive 3K per year.
our last three leases were at 10k per year and we only drive 7-8K on average. Simple answer is that some people drive less than others and they shouldn't have to pay more per month for less use
@@Thracianbeatscrixus don’t
Bias.
He compares cost of the lease vs finance. Well with lower payment you got bo equity. Wrong comparison.
Credit for unused miles? That's a nonsense! There is no such thing.
Interesting
Avoid BMW if possible. My rear drive failed after 5000 miles. The $4000 bill was covered by warranty, but that will be up soon. Now, after 18 months, I am late on a payment. Tried to set up online payments 7 times, called the 800 number too. "BMW is experiencing technical difficulties at this time - Goodbye"
