OMG, I finally found your videos. I keep seeing other people using the sound to your videos, but nobody ever credits and even one has a link to Veronika merch.
I cannot comment on your other video but you have been lied to about the phrase :" "The customer is always right." The full phrase is different and it has been abused with the smaller version of it.
The full quote from Harry Selfridge is "The customer is always right, in matters of taste," Which means that if they wanna buy an ugly hat, let them - they're still buying it. Doesn't mean they're always right though. Cutting a saying in half often misses a lot of the meaning.
