This particular workout follows the Tabata protocol (Eight intervals, 20s work, 10s rest. 4 Minutes total). The intervals movements are as follows:
-Rope Climb
-Box Jump
-Power Clean (95lb)
-Back Squat (225lb)
-Wall Ball
-Snatch (95lb)
-Deadlift (225lb)
-Burpees
The competitor with the most reps wins.
