Something has to change with the draft process. As a Nets fan since '93 it's so hard to listen to everyone figure out the best ways to lose and to get rid of good players. It breeds such a bad culture for the players and fan base. You hear it from the guys who get traded. "It's great to be at an organization that wants to win". No Bueno
It used to be the worst record gets the number, but now they changed ot to where the worst record won't get you the first pick. You're 100 percent correct though
I dont even believe all these injuries are real. All of a sudden your 3 best scorers get injured and are out. Ive been a Nets fan since the ABA. And this is the first time i will not watch this team lose. Tanking and losing and trading your best players makes me sick.
I think OKC has some intriguing pieces that I think Mark’s would really like. First is that Miami controlled pick In this year‘s draft and having topic on their roster and another guy that Mark has always liked in Isaiah Hartenstein
I'm assuming the Nets are waiting for January 15th. When majority of the league can be traded. My guess Nets trade Cam Johnson to OKC for Aaron Wiggins
I think teams that are in the middle of the pack should have the best draft odds (7 thru 11 in east and west), followed by the teams with worst record then followed by top 6 teams that made playoffs in east and west. This would incentivize winning at all levels
None of the guys you mention are buyout canadites because of the apron rules, teams in the apron can't sign buyout guys who's contract is above the MLE
After watching Devin Carter play the other night and last night. I Think the Huerter Carter and a future 1 would be the best of all the packages. Carter will be a really good NBA player. I've watched Topic play and if OKC throws him and a future 1 with salary that would be best second option. I don't want any player on pacers or Orlando sorry Juwan but Jett can stay in Orlando.
It was so much better to be part of the Nets fan base when they were happy to make the 7th seed. Now making the 6th or 7th seed is the worst thing that could happen it feels like

Preach brother. The NBA enabling losing to get into a top 5 draft lottery is insane. There is no guarantee that you’ll even get the 1st pick.

@ Thank you for the information my brother. Didn’t even know it was a guarantee before.

Pls let him to Spurs.
He will be better again.
I hope the spurs get him they have a lot of picks
Offer Cam Johnson to Sac for Devin Carter & salary filler.
