As an American, I can't wrap my head around that stair ascending from its own tiny room. I'd likely take at least one of those doors off the hinges! That would drive me crazy having to go through 2 doors every time I went back and forth from the kitchen to the lounge.

I must say, shallow as I am, that I do prefer a show home shown with all the knobs and whistles (like this one) unlike the more sparsely decorate view home you show. It gives it the real wow factor.

I don’t like how you open the door to a door 🤷♀️ and then it’s a bathroom? Y’all did an excellent job, but not one of my favorite homes 🏠 I do like the upstairs space though!
You both do great show home tours which show the property to potential buyers. The only little point that irks me having done work for show home designers are your comments in the bedrooms😊show homes always use different size beds, small double for example, to make the rooms look bigger to deceive the eye of the viewer lusting after the lifestyle presented. However, when you say king size beds would fit in most cases they would not. Certainly not super king size. What you could do to illustrate the size of the bed is to have Matt being over 6 feet tall lie on it. Kirsty Allsop used to lie on the floor for a similar reason. Only a little thing to note but there are lots of tricks used as you probably know by now. Panelling is still a strong trend in the housing style market you only have to go into the diy stores to see how much is invested in this display. Aside from all that, hope your toe is healing Matt watch your squash backhand which puts pressure on the spot and Elliot your hair looks perfectly coiffured as always. Good luck with future family plans.
