Interesting that each of the rooms downstairs has an actual door. In the US, we do open concept when one room just flows into the other. I kind of like the way each room is sectioned off in this home. Would make it easier for hearing/cooling. If you’re it using a room, turn down the heat. Very nice! Love your tours!!
We have open plan houses over here too,can't stand them myself( Obviously,if you have anyone disabled it's a different thing all together) just feels like living in a warehouse.

Elliots so funny 🤣 we have two big rainfall showers in our house in the main bathroom and en suite. My favourite room is the kitchen! A really beautiful house and on par with Redrow for quality. I may be on my own in this but a kitchen diner with doors for me would be better. I just think in this day and age of high energy bills the central heating would be heating the kitchen, hall and landing which is a huge area. The kitchen l liked but not the unit door, prefer the ones you touch and they open, these reminded me of the old hygenea kitchens of the late 70s. Other wise the kitchen was great loved the principal bedroom. My favorite was the garage no l'm not a gym bunny, God forbid, but would have the garage as is minus the equipment. So many new build garages don't have room for one car. This one would accommodate two 4x4s and room for a charging point. Good to see you both back doing what you do best and a proper length video. The builders who say you have 15 mins are doing themselves a disservice. The rain fall shower would be cold before it got to Elliott, my partner is 6'3" and always complained about showers, having to Limbo underneath. Chop sticks, no thanks l would be on the verge of starvation if l had them. Good to see you back.
if Story do a 3/4 bed bungalow east of Norwich or on the Essex coast with sea views, as soon as I win the euromillions, I'm moving in! I'd need modifications to the kitchen though.

The homes are more of a local thing, but if you did cruise lines and ships, that would be better for your international audience. Wouldn't expect you to go on a cruise that didn't cater to your general interests, but it would help a lot more of us make an informed decision. Also would like for Matt to do the videos from time to time, say cooking or science.
I don’t know what house designers are thinking at times. That is a tiny fridge freezer for a 5 bedroomed home. We are a family of four and we have a huge American style fridge freezer and a massive chest freezer - and there still isn’t enough room. The tv lounge is also tiny for the size of the home 😂

Most of us here in UK now prefer open plan.... Rooms closed off is very annoying with general living areas.
