I once heard a story that , when they started to bury the fallen German soldiers there, trucks with corpses stood in line ,bumper to bumper, from the city centre of Leopoldsburg to the cemetery, 9,5 kms away.
@@Raghnall55 oh i have no doubt about That! I also heard a story from Margraten that there was a river of blood flowing in the street towards the temporary cemetery when they had to buy the fallen. It is unimaginable.
