This not a full list of the zhang for example there is a mystic nine side story (from the Zhang da Fo Ye's mystic nine) forgot who was his name but he is also a Zhang from the Zhang family and the story is about him and his friend from the nine gates family foundation.

Ada yang tau kenapa wajah zhang qilin mirip zhang bu xun? Apa zhang qilin itu sebenarnya bu xun cuma ganti nama karena kalo gak gitu dia jadi incaran.......kan buxun yang pertama kali ketemu ramuan immortality waktu ditugaskan sama bosnya ....

I asked in the DMBJ server and got two answers:
1. Watsonian explanation: Pure coincidence, just like how sometimes someone will look identical to a distant relative of theirs.
Doylist explanation: They decided to use Cheng Yi for Buxun. There was probably some kind of deal about how much screen time he was supposed to have, or something like that.
2.well, they were likely cousins of a large but interbred family. it makes sense that similar looks crop up.
