Ohh so that's why he's so loyal to wu xie. Wu xie is the first to show him genuine care and stay true to him. Besides his parents, most people only want to use him. That's why he got emotional when wu xie reply "I'll notice." And why he claimed that wu xie is his only connection to the world.
However, I have to say that Zhang Qi Ling always appears whenever Wu Xie was in danger even when they didn't know each other started from the first episode of The Lost Tomb Season 1. However, I also am curious like what is the relation between Wu Xie and Zhang Qi Ling. Their first encounter in the first episode in Season 1 was what I was curious about like Xiao Ge just appeared out of nowhere when Wu Xie was in danger and was cornered by the grave robbers.
Did Xiao GE died or what happened to in the last ep of season 3 or 4🤔

Many actors play the role of wu xie and xao ge in different series . But personally I liked the Ultimate Note or say Lost Tomb 3 featuring Joseph Zeng and Xiao yu Liang . For me they had the best chemistry from all other versions of xio ge and wu xie.

It was never true immortality after all, just very, very long lived and the price is amnesia every now and then. Poor Xiao Ge, he truly is the best mix of beauty, power and tragedy. He is my favorite character from this series and I want to read the novels very badly. The series that have been released so far have had some inconsistencies and continuity errors that frustrate me.

@@Kessieunna actually hendry cox was never the villian, the villian was "IT" but according to my spectulations maybe IT is the 10th family of the mystic nine which was hidden called THE WANG FAMILY(if you have watched The Sand Sea)....but there are still so many pits and loopholes in the story so i can't say that i am entirely correct

I've read all the 6 books of the Grave Robbers Chronicles by Xu Lei and it's such an amazing series. Different from western ideas of zombies, tombs and traditions it really was a refreshing read and to know there are movies aged series based on the novel is just great. The trio Wu Xia, Zhang Quilin and Fatty are my favourite Squad ever!

You can read the novels by Damoa Beiji, its called " The Grave Robbers Chronicles" which is a 6 book series and further you have the stand alone books after that too. You can find the translated books on Amazon.

At first I saw the lost tomb 2:explore with the note 📝😅 afterwards I am searching for lost tomb seasons and where it was came from. Then I saw the seasons lost tomb ,ultimate note, reunion 1 and 2 : the sound of providence in with in 2 weeks and then I wanted to see tomb in the sea and mystic nine in with in a week

Thanks for making this video! Man, the dramas are all over the place, and the changing casts don't help, so having some summaries and explanations is a huge help. Can you explain where this information came from though? This wasn't in the original nine volumes, was it? Was it in the later ones? And also, are those scenes from Time Raider? Can you explain the relation of that movie to the originals? I was quite confused when I watched it. It didn't seem to tie directly into the actual novels, but was almost an alternate to them?
I understand the author kind of paused writing. Currently, what are the open mysteries still? Every time I watch more of DMBJ, the more confused I get. Can't always tell if that's just me not following along well enough, or they changed certain details here and there. -__-;

So, what you did was amazing since many of us could not read the novels. Thanks again!! He may appear cold but he is actually kinder than anyone else. That is why I am a big fan of his character. And Huang Jun Jie played this character so well, I am happy they chose him as ZQL.

I believe Zhang Qi Shan and Zhang Ri Shan are also members of Zhang family due to their tattos and they also have longer span of life. Someone told me that Zhang Qi Ling is their elder, but how come Zhang Qi Shan died first?
You are welcome! Both Zhang Qi Shan and Zhang Qi ling are from the Main Zhang family. The symbol is the Kylin tatoo they have. Zhang Ri Shan is from the Side Zhang family. Their symbol is the QiongQi tatoo. Zhang Qi Shan is older than Zhang Qi Ling.

@@vivitrumanto Members of family Zhang just die as ordinary people. Zhang Qi Shan is said to be buried under sea in warehouse 11 in Reboot. Xiao Ge's birth date is never exaclty indicated. We only know he is born in November. There is also a guess that he is born between 1900-1910. The guess is based on novel Zang Hai Hua, which is not finished yet. Good news is that the drama Zang Hai Hua will start filming this year. So within two years we will know more about him😄

Yes, Xiaoge should be more than 100 years old now. The Zhang family has mysterious powers, which makes them live a long life. Zhang Ri Shan's life is useless and xiao ge is long because his family strength disappeared. And Zhang qi ling is a position, we still don't know what the real name of the little brother is.

I think all started with the mission searching for immortality from that zhang brothers. Bu xun team got into the tomb and was attacked by red trees illusion. While the team died but he survived somehow later. But His sworn brother didn't believe him even forced his sister or bu xun wife (huo) to threaten. In the end he had to get the thing out proof as dangerous and got poisoned dead. His follower closed the door for him and choose suicide by headshot. Perhaps wu xie is that reincarnation of his follower. While he maybe awaked later only to find his death follower.

So I´ve watched the Lost Tomb 1 and Mystic Nine, and the movie. From the First one only was like ahh that´s why Fatty calls Wu Xie naive...he really is -__- XD and also who is his grandpa. The Mystic nine is good but the final three episodes were like WTF they do with the edition x__X. They ruined the history with that. I thought that maybe the episodes were not complete, but that was the official page so O___O scenes that were not there, people who just disappear or die in who knows what moment and the voice in off (I´d never known who was reading the diary) just said: Chen Pi killed Tanaka, Cox never return, etc etc...big holes and then the war. And the end was like epic but at the same time was like....all of this and in the end, they just dropped and everything goes to hell in another way and just...Zhang Qi Zhan died?? It has been one of the most frustrating final episodes in a drama that I´ve seen so far x__X

Почему мне кажется, что Сяо гэ готов пожертвовать собой, чтобы спасти У Се? Или уходить через ворота мертвых - это и есть божественное наказание, когда ЦЫилинь теряет все свои воспоминания, снова возвращаясь к жизни? Если это так, тогда это очень печально... Но в голове все равно настоящий сумбур и каша. И Сяо гэ так и останется навсегда моим любимым героем!

I've just started watching clips from the series and now I want to watch the full episodes. I am a little confused as to which series I should start with. Thank you for explaining the background of Zhang Quling.
I think timeline wise (in order of events) Mystic Nine > The Lost Tomb > The Lost Tomb 2 > Ultimate Note > Tomb of the Sea > Reunion: Sound of Providence 1 & 2. I hope I got that right 😁. Although it can still get confusing because the next show doesn’t really pick up right off the ending of the previous show. There are some events missing because the continuation of that particular plot line didn’t get adapted as a second season or another tv show.

It was only indicated once in Wu Xie's dream that every several decades, familyZ member will get a new cloned body which is produced behind the bronze door. That body won't have old meomories.😂 Hope the author can explain it one day!

Zhang Qi Shan, I believe died as I’ve watched Tomb of the Sea. Zhang Ri Shan also appeared there and Zhang Qiling was not. Is Zhang Ri Shan still alive during the Lost Tomb Franchise or only in the side story?
Zhang Ri Shan should technically be alive still since he's also immortal.

hello, can you please tell me what's the real name of black Glasses, because I didn't hear them calling him his name they just call him glasses. could there be a possibility that he's also a member of the Zhang Family the fact that he's also a good fighter next to Zhang Qiling. Also I'm puzzled what was the cause of the high and almighty God Fo Ye/ Zhang Qishan's death, why he/they died early together with his wife and Liutienant Zhang Rishan is strongly kicking alive. Like when ever a season starts, there are some blanks with no answers. I really like this story... still confused
firstly all the dramas were adapted from the novels and each adaption change up a huge bunch of stuff so many things don't line up. Black Glasses' real name was never mentioned in any of the books of dramas, it is only known that his last name is Qi. He's not related to the Zhang family or the Mystic Nine, not mentioned why he doesn't age. Fo Ye was a halfblood Zhang family kid so he age faster than RiShan and Qiling who are purebloods.
