    I love your videos, they always help me.
    Earlier this season I broke my ankle and now I'm healing trying to improve, my team avoided relegation by 1 place, and they don't have a cb. Now I'm returning next season, and hopefully I'll have a good season next year! Thanks for helping most of the people watching

      i broke my ankle a little over a year ago. make sure you work on ankle flexibility and do all your PT excersizes at home. I was too eager to get back into playing and I didn't do enough therapy and now I have a lot of scar tissue and really poor dorsiflexion. Good luck on your recovery and good luck next season.

      ​@@Master-fw1kx Hey what ankle exercises should I do. I didn't break mine but my movement is really restricted I cant kick a lot of soccer balls without it hurting overtime really quick and it gets scary to challenge the ball any advice you can give helps thanks!

      From a TH-camrs pov, you get a graph showing when your audience is online so uploading when most of your viewers are active is best. And both 7mlc and become elite have similar audiences so makes sense.
      I'm not complaining, both elite channels 🌟🌟

    As an older player, I think using thicker sole plates on the AG plates might help as well! It helps for me when wearing AG ok turf then FG.

    If you're having problems with your feet, you should look into wearing barefoot shoes outside of the time that you play / run !! I also had foot problems and I transitioned to barefoot shoes (they have a wider toe box and zero drop which allow the muscles in your feet to do what they're supposed to do) and now my feet are stronger than ever and I have no more issues. I lift in them but I never run or play soccer in them, and just from walking around day to day for the last year and a half my foot thickness has increased substantially (from more muscle!) and I went from having zero arch basically to having a normal arch. It's pretty cool stuff!! There's tons of brands out there, so do your own research, but I wear Vivobarefoot brand

    Hey Matt,
    I would recommend taking a look at barefoot shoes. They have helped my feet and joints get back to its natural state where the wide toe box allows for more wiggle room for the toes while providing a holistic zero drop footing. I personally wear Vivos, top tier.

    Sleep is so important for training at a high level. For me, if I get a bad nights rest then the next day’s training will be much harder

    For a professional club, the food they give you guys for lunch is terrible. Everything looks fried, high in grease and fat. Should be giving you guys things like fruit, veggies, rice, chicken, etc. Not the standard American meal.
