@@DevastatorSpeedruns still impressive, but yeah. I feel like the best content in this game is from navigating the hallways naturally.
My favorite setup is:
- Darkrooms
- cursed doll
- army of dolls
- Smiley
- whispering wyrm
- no vents
Normally get panicked and start trying to turn on lights to leave myself breadcrumbs of where I’ve already been.
I feel like the way you have to navigate around dolls makes the wyrm much more terrifying and Smiley drains your flashlight and creates dark areas that the dolls can quickly traverse or the wyrm can surprise you. It’s not as hard as ALL entities at once but I find it a much more enjoyable and terrifying play through.
as someone else who did this, its near impossible to do some of the levels without vents, specifically dark rooms and library. Dark rooms requires you to go down to a basement and pull a switch in which you both need to not be followed down their, and library also brings helldoll extremely close to you at a very early stage. To deal with hell doll you either need to do 180 bhops or you need to use vents, and 180 bhops can be difficult since they stop you from looking forwards.
@@parli9154 yeah, hell doll is nearly impossible some seeds. My favorite mode is
- cursed doll
- cloaked figure
- smiley
- whispering wyrm
- army of folk

It’s really challenging but definitely possible and really spooky
In general, turning off gangler and mangler just ups the suspense since they’re so loud. Screacho prevents certain strategies so I remove him. Hell doll is way too fast and makes it impossible to play metal gear solid style.
In this way, you might trap a doll in a room but smiley can let them out. It’s just busy enough to be a nightmare but just sparse enough to be dynamic and allow for moments of suspense.
All monsters is just too chaotic to even be scary.
