Wrong. the motorcycle guy HIMSELF said "you were this close to me". The guy kicked the license plate after he backed up his bike on top of the car.

@@A2Z1Two3 Thats not correct. Depending on where you live it's spelt different. Where I live in Canada it's metre for everything including a recording device. But every time I've been to America it's spelt meter instead. It's the same with words like liter and litre.

Sniveling, whining bikers have cars stopping way back from bikes. When my motorcycle doesn't trip the light, cars commonly won't come close enough to reach the traffic sensor. If you gesture for them to move closer, they think I'm another sniveling biker indicating they're too close.

Why is 1 metre not enough? He was safely stopped 1 metre behind the bike. Are Americans such pussies that a 1 metre gap is somehow dangerous to them? The guy is European and gaps of 18 inches or more are normal. The biker probably then refused to go through the green light. because the BMW did move forward 1 metre you can tell from the marks and shadows on the road.

As soon as someone threatens to shoot me it goes straight to DEFCON 1 and I’m going to assume your armed and ready to fight. My suggestion is you don’t make threats like that cause it’s very likely that most people who carry for self defense will take your threat seriously
had the happen once. guy hit my car, we got out, he said if I called the police he'd "kill me". I pulled on him and got the person behind us, who stopped because she witnessed the crash and the threat to call 911. Guy cried the whole time we waited for the cops "I didn't mean it" cops showed up, I got his insurance information. the witness and I told them about him threatening me. they let him off with a warning don't threaten strangers.

I'm your age and I agree. They used to be called "Busy-bodies" and they've always been around but it seems there's more recently, and now we have a term for them. Mrs Kravitz on I Dream of Jeannie was one but they just called her a snoop.

Look at 20 seconds. The motorcycle guy backed up his bike and kicked the car license plate. THEN, he says "you hit me". THen "You are THIS close to me". Which is it? Did I hit you or am I really close? STFU, motorcycle guy
That must have been his only english phrase. Probably used it every day in that same scenario. Many foreigners are terrible drivers and get in fender benders here a lot, but if I went to France I bet I'd have the same thing happen to me.
He was talking about prior to moving forward. He did have a 1 metre gap and Karen biker complains, then refused to go through green light flicks the finger, then driver got angry and closed the gap. Karen lied and said he was this close showing 4 inches (prior to moving) . you can see from the still images before and after the car did move forward 1 metre. using the marks on the curb and shadows as reference points.

Been truckin 40 years. I use multiple dashcams, & all our trucks have professionally installed wifi cameras running 24 hrs a day. The days of “He Said She Said” are over. Just 1 less thing we have to stress out about. Its like having a mobile live stream studio going down the highway nowadays, but idiots in cars have no idea how much money trucking companies have invested in safety technology that protects them if we wind up in court, they just pull up the video file from the truck at the time of an incident & viola, video & audio proof. LoL i do love knowing that we drivers are protected by our employers so well.
Dash Cams saved my family from scammers. The scammers had the dash cams. We don’t the Dash cam says it all. Case won & we let our Insurer do the job & we move on. Twice we were scammed. And twice we won. Now we decided to put our own.

The BMW driver is in the wrong. DRiving a larger and more stable vehicle, he has to keep distance so as not to tap his TIRES. There is no question he is wrong.
In the States, driver who hit the one in front is always wrong. This is why the need to have dash came for the back as well. Bad people always thinks the are above the laws & always claimed they are in the right when in fact they are wrong. With the dash cam you need not speak at all to the person. Call the police & wait. They do not apologize for doing wrong. Instead, they becomes hostile.
When I was young and on active duty a senior enlisted backed into my truck. He argued that he didn't once he figured out I was only a measly e-4. Unfortunately for him everyone that was around witnessed it, heard him being a bitch and waited until the mp's arrived. Before that I was willing to buff it out at the self serve garage but had his insurance fix it instead.
