Really good points. Just started to "stain" my panels and canvases with mixture of Burnt Sienna, Yellow Ochre and Thinner (I use water mixable oils). It also helps to keep right values, as white gives high contrast. I use only long hand brushes (standard 11 inch). Don't like short handles at all. Also heard from few painters to use bigger brush than you may think will suit the job. And it's very easy to get lost in details... Thanks for great video!
