I can absolutely understand why you’d wanna move closer to your fam - the dynamic you guys have together is precious beyond words. Spending time with them in this phase of your life (and theirs too!) is something you will never regret. Hugs to you! Proud of your realness and growth!
Really enjoyable podcast … your Mom is lovely, your stepmom is gorgeous, your dad is def cool, and your siblings are adorable , and all have such good personalities
I love how relatable and comfortable you make your followers feel. You keep it honest, you’re mature but immature (in a good way), you’re kind, smart, beautiful, humble, and genuine. Know that it doesn’t go unnoticed. 💕
I love how Alix is so close to her dad and stepmom even after they literally betrayed and broke their family up. Kinda crazy, I wouldn’t be able to be close to my stepmom
I love this podcast- being 22 all the content is so relatable & I just love Alixs personality! Also ur not an alcoholic every 22 yr old girl in the uk is a party girl. All the people saying negative things need to realise being young and drinking is totally normal, we just wanna have a good time xx
Another good one 😮💨 🫶🏽 Al you truly have such a good head on your shoulders and I think that’s why so many people gravitate to you. I love your home body side, but I love seeing the growth Miami has brought you! At the end of the day- we who support you will support your decisions as you continue to grow and take more opportunities…just please don’t ever change who you are for the people/climate around you!! love love love you 🤍
I’m also from central Jersey! Born and raised there for 19 years and moved to several states. As much as I love going home, it’s not where my success has been thus far in my life but it’s my safe space. I lived in NC for 6 years and just moved to OH last year for school and I COMPLETELY understood you when you said you needed to get uncomfortable!! I was thriving in NC with amazing friends, making good money, and I met the love of my life there. But I needed to finish school and I needed to move on so I challenged myself by moving to a completely different state. Now he and I have a beautiful home together and I’m doing amazing at OSU! I wish I could move closer to my family but I go home way more often now!!
I love your fam! Your mum, dad, stepmum should all see this and be so proud of all of you all and what they have accomplished with your blended family 🥹
lol 16:31 - Mama Alix is a beast. Literally my mom’s reaction to the chads of my life. So genuine, and the fact that she is from the Midwest/ Great Lakes -that’s where the good ones are made! no wonder Alix is so down to earth and relatable. Absolutely love them.
i dont think they seem close at all tbh you can see when alix asks how shes doing she said (her mom) "well you wouldnt even know..." insinuated they barely talk
This episode is giving major “Emily in Paris” on Netflix vibes! Very mature of you to want to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and explore. Excited for you no matter what you decide though ❤
favorite podcast so far, just had my divorced family thanksgiving and it’s refreshing to see even the most successful people have to pack an overnight bag to go see their mommy too 😭🫶
By far my fave pod these days! I loveeee your family dynamic!🥹 also, that dog trainer is the silly one because I’d do EXACTLY the same thing without question. He should have said what he meant😂.
27 minutes in & had to stop to say OMG I LOVE THIS TIME WITH MOM!!! She's amazing 🥰 thank you for sharing this wholesome content! Love love love! Xx My favourite is when she said those girls were "WEAK" best way to put it!!! 💯👏 Hope a reality show is next? 👀
You seem like an NYC girl. I’m also from NJ I hate the winter too but I feel like it doesn’t last super long. Think of all the cute winter things you can do in NYC and you’ll be able to go home and see your family and friends.
I was born and raised in LA, and LA will always have my heart but it has changed a lot. It’s definitely a city I wouldn’t recommend. I moved out of state a few years ago and don’t think I’d ever move back. California does have amazing cities though, if your thinking of CA I’d suggest San Diego.
I feel like people got to LA to get the success that you already have. I haven't seen anyone say anything nice about LA, and those who do are rotting inside😅 I see you living in NYC though! You will get the best of ALL worlds!
probably very hard to deal with you are right. I know a lot of people would think less of her step mom bc of what happened but I don't think it is something that should never be discussed. I just thought it was an interesting dynamic (maybe I should have said crazy instead of cool) and it appears the whole family is doing very well now@@CamilaSaurus
Alix come to San Diego!!! I lived in LA for college and moved down here a couple years after. It’s such a perfect mix of beach, chill, partying, bars, but also so close to LA where you can still get up there when you need to! I actually work in the NFL in LA but still live in San Diego so it’s a good mix ❤
i used to live in new york and I miss it so much I think you would love it and the winters are cold but there is also holiday or just get a coat??? but it is so fun I love NY
Move to az! Warm weather and you can leave in the summer not a huge city but there’s still tons of city life and then when your ready to just chill it is enough space for that
I’m sorry but there is just no way this girls mom is that beautiful. This feels like a common theme for new “it-girl” influencers famous for being relatable 😭 her mom and overall upbringing feels like that of the super rich, popular (and exclusive) girls who played sports and teachers all loved and knew them (usually from their parents) and got special treatment and attention, that I went to school with. (I was always an outsider at school, in the way that I felt my childhood was much different and less “picture perfect” than the other kids I went to school with)
Alix is so humble that’s one of the things I like about her, she is down to earth and she is not letting fame change her
And I feel like she hasn’t changed with the fame 🥹
@@briannafresh8 it would be so easy but she has stayed true to herself

I love how you incorporate your sister’s passion for skincare and into your videos and sharing your platform with her
“It didn’t work out”
“You were 6?!?” 😂😭
Your siblings are adorable and I love the family dynamic. Loved this episode!!!!
Alix saying “okay, alright” to all of Thomas’s questions instead of “no and wrong” is so sweet 😭
