The amount of people in the comments who are here this early who just wanna hate on alix and bring negativity is insane!!! You obviously follow her or subscribe to the podcast… only to bring hate!!! Yall are crazzzzyyyyyy!
As someone who has anxiety too and a fast lifestyle and whenever I slow down and relax my anxiety triggers again. My therapist said it’s because I never sit down and sit with my issues. I use a busy fast life to mask it.
you’re so real in the things youve mentioned. I love the true transparency of your experiences. Its inspiring. The way you reacted to the accident by being scared is exactly how I feel too. Ive been in more almost accidents and accidents before and its terrifying. Glad you’re okay! People can say what they want but you are being so transparent to the public and that takes bravery to do so. I know Im inspired to be more authentic with every podcast that I listen to. ❤
GIRL! you're so right about the parent thing. My mom and I are besties. I love hanging out with her and laughing. I hang out with her more than my actual friends. lol
My biggest tip for after a car accident is to just wait an extra 4-5 seconds at every turn/light! Could be the difference between somebody running a red light or stop sign
Whoever sent you the message about missing the times with their dad and sister and him not being around her.. That hit home. My my heart dropped hearing that. 🥺
I got into my first car accident too! It happened a few days ago and I was literally a minute away from the library and got smacked into. I am the same way now, I avoid the street I was hit on and I get freaked out at each intersection
Congrats on completing this challenge for yourself girl! Hope you find balance and happiness having experienced both ends of the spectrum now, may you be a Hot Happy Mess ❤
I am the same with keeping busy! I react well when I’m busy busy and always on top of things - I can’t handle slowness either 😂 loving the sweat sets!!! Xx
First time I’ve found someone that can relate to needing constant things to do and a fire under your ass. I legitimately don’t know if I’ll ever be able to retire someday because I need somewhere to go and work to do or I get into such a slump
Oh I'm so glad you're ok. When i was a kid, I was in a car accident where the car flipped on its side and I was uncomfortable in cars for like months after.
The clearing of acne after not drinking alcohol is very likely. I’m on accutane too and always flare after a weekend of drinking. And I don’t drink often but when I do I will have a breakout
Lol when things go wrong it’s always the littlest thing that brings me to tears. I can totally relate to the yoga mat issue 😂. I’ve left my coffee in the car so many times and it’s brought me to tears when I realize it.
It's underrated how difficult it is to persist when people can be so cruel, so just want to say I so appreciate the way you continue to post and be you despite of these crazies in the comments. You inspire so many women.
I got in a car accident 5 years ago and I still to this day slam on my breaks when a car breaks in front of me. Don’t let it make you feel bad about yourself! I bet you’re still a good driver❤️
I’m sure you will never read this, but I got into a terrible car accident when I was 20, I have had terrible driving/car anxiety ever since. I have learned some great techniques, to help. Also, so many things I wish I knew to start doing immediately after the accident and immediately when the anxiety starts. If you want help get in touch I have so much information to help!!
Omg Alix go out and have fun!! You’re only 23, these are the years. Speaking as an old lady of 40, I can tell you I was absolutely feral at your age, going out all the time and living life. You don’t get these years back! 💕
i got in my first wreck in september and it was pretty bad but I was also sooo close to my destination. just got my car back a couple weeks ago, i totally understand the feeling of being a new driver and feeling so skittish.
Sounds like you're experiencing ptsd from the wreck....look into grounding techniques to help with anxiety they've helped me tremendously!! Love your podcast and how open you are with everything you share! I get panic attacks so easily thank you for talking about your botox experience .
I’m so much better in a fast paced environment too…it’s so weird when I’m busy I get so much done but when I’m not busy I don’t get anything done idk why
Love you babe. However I had the same thing happen to me and it happened on June 8th all I'l say is I had a similar experience the best thing I can say is DO NOT let the lack of a car stop you. I shouldn't say this online but I'm in the Gables and I take the public transport when I can. "It's not a big deal" is what I taught myself, it's about no shame. You can still go to the places you once went to and you can do the things you once did with no shame. Don't limit yourself.. I did in the beginning it's not worth it love. I wish you the best and I'm so happy your car isn't totaled. However, with the Uber thing and others driving, I completely get it, I hate to be that person but love it just takes time. You will never get over your anxiety if you don't put yourself in uncomfortable situations. I'm still dealing with it to this day. However, how are we going to learn if we keep putting ourselves in situations we feel comfortable in?
Thats my biggest fear abiut botox! Im 99% sure id panic everyday. You sounded so sad talking about the car accident and yoga mat. Itll take a little time but youll be able to move past the fear, your first accident is the worst ❤
The Botox weird feeling wears off after you keep consistently getting it. I also have my injector do up higher on my forehead only so I can still sort of move my eyebrows.
it seems like you use alcohol to socialize better so it’s like a crutch and you’ve been doing it since college so it’s been a habit, maybe not an addiction
huh? alcohol is definitely terrible for your skin, there’s been so many studies and evidence. you’re literally claiming alcohol doesn’t affect your skin based off nothing…
pls don’t spend $500 on yoga supplies from alo!! spend the money on equipment from a nice yoga business and chose a company who actually values yoga :) but i get it alo is the it girl thing and i would want that yoo
You’re saying people didn’t have faith in you but u literally kept deleting tiktoks of you saying you wish u could quit thirty hard after like 2 days lol
She was trying something new that was hard for her just because she wished she could quit doesn’t mean she was going to. The way she was partying yeah many people didn’t have faith in her but she stuck it out and did it. Just because she wished it was over doesn’t immediately justify for everyone to not motivate or believe in her. Not trying to sound mean just my take.
I’m so sorry that you had to experience that accident. I hope your back feels better! My sister deals with ptsd from a car accident, I know how hard that can be for someone. You will get through this. 🩷

She is a fake person. Nothing wrong for people not licking her
The yoga mat segment causing tears in the eyes is the most relatable thing you have ever posted

As someone who has anxiety too and a fast lifestyle and whenever I slow down and relax my anxiety triggers again. My therapist said it’s because I never sit down and sit with my issues. I use a busy fast life to mask it.
I feel like Big Al needed this refresh -- you have the rest of your life to stay in! But remember, being sober doesn't make you a loser xx
I think cooking from home could be it too for clearing up skin. I always notice a difference when I eat out
favorite episode yet, probably the realest I have seen a creator get in a long time! this podcast is my safe place
