it's always so funny to me how conservatives get super mad about DEI/Affirmative Action because they say it's not based on merit.

As I have explained here, before, impeaching Thomas requires a 2/3 super majority vote from the Senate and that is not going to happen.
Getting a simple majority vote from the House could happen easily, especially with the way our House is falling apart, currently.

I think what’s fair is fair. If Thomas is going to hire his pseudo daughter, or racist family friend, then these justices shouldn’t be surprised when an improved majority in congress adds another four justices to the bench to make it 13, the same number of US Appeals courts across the country.

NO, what I think needs to happen is the Democrats getting solid majorities in Congress and a President who is willing to start impeachment and removal of not only Thomas, but 3 -4 others currently on the Court. Are you guessing that your four additional Justices would automatically be opposed to how Thomas thinks? What if they would be worse than Thomas? So instead of a 7 to 9 Conservative majority on the Court, we would have an 11 to 13 majority. How would that solve anything?
