@@kylepalaian Oh wow im surprised because many people that used lowering springs told me that the stock shocks wears out pretty fast. I just had mine dropped on an eibach springs as well. I'm hoping I don't need to change my OEM shocks for a good while.
@@kylepalaian For sure! the springs are amazing. More center of gravity makes a big difference. I'm also about 4 fingers low from my front lip to the ground with my wheels and tires setup 😅
Thanks for a thorough and concise tutorial. Helps that you done it before and know what you’re doing
Thanks for watching! I’m glad you enjoyed!
Thaks for the vid man. I have a set of Tein springs I’ve been needing to install.
You’re gonna love em! Thank you for watching I appreciate you being here :)
I had the same experience with the d2 is top low for daily drive

Congrats you’re gonna love the car and the springs! Thank you for watching I hope it helps your install!
i'm running the sportlines. I've had them for just over a year and it has settled quite a lot. the rear is very tucked.
Okay that’s great to know thank you! Has the ride quality gotten any worse since you installed them?
@@kylepalaian nope! not at all. I have probably ridden 30k on these too.
The D2 springs were CRUSTY
Yeah they were pretty bad lol
May I know the clearance from then fender to ground for front and rear?
Yeah I’ll get those measurements and get back to you when I can
Nice vid man, where did you find the torque specs you mentioned at around 4:45
So I can’t attach a file to the description, shoot me a DM on Instagram and I’ll send you the file @kylepalaian
@@kylepalaiancan you share me the torque specs for this model honda civic fc1.5 turbo 2016 ? Thanks a lot in advance.
@@azim007able yeah I have a whole document with all the torque specs but I cannot figure out how to share it
Do you have rear camber arms/ any problems without?
@@acbeatz3517 yeah I have the godspeed upper arms in the rear! Without them your alignment would quite off
What sway bar links do you use up front?
Just the factory ones, I haven’t changed em
How long have you had the d2 springs before you changed to eibach? Also, did you feel any wear on your stock shocks? Thanks!
I had the D2 for a little over 2 years, and from what I can tell I think my shocks are holding up pretty good :)
