There’s a business owner in Texas, who runs an IT business with a small parking lot for his 24/7 employees and clients. His business was on a side street off the main drag, near several eating/bars. He posted multiple signs that it was a private lot and he used to use similar stickers when people would just park in his lot. Kept happening so he started just towing everybody and posting it on TH-cam. Because of the nature of his business, he has plenty of security cameras, which showed how disgusting people are using his lot as a bathroom, sometimes not even attempting to hide behind their car doors. The area changed a bit during Covid, not so many eateries so he hasn’t posted, lately.
I love his channel. The problem is it is so addictive that you watch one video and you fall down a rabbit hole and end up watching his videos for 2 hours before you realize it!

You can get the stickers off with a razor blade scraper in less than 5 minutes. Since there's not any permanent damage done there's nothing to consider vandalism.

They stop taking cash a few years ago you can either pay online or if you don't want to do that you can just park and they will simply send you a bill in the mail but getting information from your license plate.

its not public property it is technically private property no receipt that is visible that employee cannot tell if that person paid I do security for apartment complexes and just the same with covered parking people who do not live at that property do not have the right to park in any covered spot they want to those clients who pay rent there have that right to park there in that covered spot that is the number one complaint I hear about some one is in my spot and those paid parking places are the same way when it comes to regulations follow the lots rules no window tags and BTW the complexes I guard we tow violators too

I've never parked here and wouldn't cheat a businessperson (having been one and having been cheated, and following the "golden rule"- Matthew 7:12), but sometimes we need to get sticky stuff off a re-purposed medicine vial or a small appliance, etc.
had some ass hat do this to me for parking in front of his rented area (church offices) in a strip center in Dallas. Even when he pointed out the sign it was super hard to tell what it said. Because it pissed me off I spent the next hour peeling it off with my finger nails. He (the pastor) came out yelling at me that I was taking up his spot. He tried to fight me, then threatened to call a tow truck driver. I told him go ahead, the tow truck driver can't do anything because I'm here. He yelled at me some more and went inside. Three guys showed up a bit later and they all gave me the stink eye. Those are used mostly at apartment complexes where residents have assigned parking spaces and their neighbors or random strangers park in their reserved spots.

At the college I go to, the big parking lot for all of us needs a permit and if you don't got it they put a giant front window clamp with suction to hold it down on your window. So you can't see out of it but you know this college being full of nerds for engineer, tech and math a lot of people solved it very easily.

Jeff Daugherty private property owners can issue tickets like this, but it only is enforceable on their property. If you don't pay, the police can't do anything to enforce it, but if you are found on the property again, even if you paid this time, they could probably have you towed anyways.
Its not legally enforceable. Crumple it up and drive off. If you return though they can tell you to leave and you have to do so or you are trespassing. They can probably tow you if properly posted as well.
I'm you can use a heat gun or hair dryer to help remove the decals if any adhesive remain remains you can use something like lighter fluid Nook charcoal lighter fluid the one for the cigarette lighters or Simple Green or just take it to the car wash and take the pressure washer to a new blast the hell out of that area good luck oh yeah pay for your parking space and use your smartphone to take a picture of the space and where the tickets at that says you paid and he put a sticker on it that's when you take me to court make them pay for the damage

We used to use these stickers at the apartment complex I worked/lived at in Ft Collins, CO. You’d be surprised at how well they work.

Jeff Daugherty private property owners can issue tickets like this, but it only is enforceable on their property. If you don't pay, the police can't do anything to enforce it, but if you are found on the property again, even if you paid this time, they could probably have you towed anyways.
Its not legally enforceable. Crumple it up and drive off. If you return though they can tell you to leave and you have to do so or you are trespassing. They can probably tow you if properly posted as well.

I'm you can use a heat gun or hair dryer to help remove the decals if any adhesive remain remains you can use something like lighter fluid Nook charcoal lighter fluid the one for the cigarette lighters or Simple Green or just take it to the car wash and take the pressure washer to a new blast the hell out of that area good luck oh yeah pay for your parking space and use your smartphone to take a picture of the space and where the tickets at that says you paid and he put a sticker on it that's when you take me to court make them pay for the damage

No you need a heat gun for stripping wallpaper what will soften the glue behind the sticker or you need a hairdryer but remember to turn it on and off and strip bit by bit

What that sticker says, I'm sorry but that is a threat. And, with today's society, the way it is now days, they take that very seriously.
