Another great video! I tried contract diagnostics-like company and let me tell you the value is minimal. I got an offer with sample contract and get these contract negotiation people made some changes (non-compete etc.) The hospitalist group is so pissed and won't even talk to me afterwards. Couple month later they called me says they hired someone else. I was lucky enough that I never just stand there waiting for them and signed with another big group. But again, no negotiation what so ever. They says this is universal contract and take it or leave it. My take is that if you are looking for internal medicine related job at a large group or hospital, don't waste couple hundreds on the negotiation service. Usually recruiter from the place will walk you through the details.
