    Here's the thing about quarterly business reviews: they're incredibly powerful but most founders don't like doing them. When you do a quarterly business review presentation properly, you'll be able to reduce churn, sell more, increase your DRR, and accelerate growth. So in this episode, I'm going to walk you through my quarterly business review best practices and the 3 ways to turn your QBR from boring to brilliant so you can actually level up the way you present it to your key stakeholders and best customers.

    I loved the points discussed. Something that has helped me immensely is using charts to demo the data for business ROI. If the client is beating the benchmark having a graph with the benchmarks gets a lot of attention.

    Fantastic insight TK! In addition to our roadmap, do you also ask the customer to provide their roadmap (i.e. short/mid/long term goals)?

    Thank you for the video. It's helpful and evident. Just have one thing to ask: how can we know the customer ROI? It's their data; it's their information... How can we calculate the number?

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We usually just generate the report for the customer and share it with them and review together. Obviously check with your legal team.

    Interesting. a QBR for me is providing a recap of the quarter to my company's business leaders. We all hate it. It is not a business review for customers.
