Please make a detailed video on women centric law in new law so that men can be aware of that.
For men to be aware of let me give you just one example from the new BNS, section 67 of the chapter 5 - implications of which could be horrific. Until the old IPC rape was not recognised between a husband and a wife. But now under the new law if husband and wife for some reason have a fight and the wife goes to her matrimonial house and there if she complaints to the police that she was living with her mom and dad and the husband came and raped her. Now the husband will be prosecuted for rape. Punishment for which is atleast 2 years to 7 years with fine. Apart from the wife's statement what evidence could possibly be collected by the police. And in between husband wife We already had 498a where for petty quarrels husbands were dragged to courts..it will be much more easier now because rape is a heinous crime where bail is not given easily..now say thank you modi ji 😂
