I have already guessed it actually, because she was a coffee addict with sleep disorder and she does works a lot so sometimes she could forgot when to eat

Gerd will cause terrible pain when heartburn is triggered (could be either from pressure like being watch by many people or other things) when heartburn strikes it will affect your throat(bad for singing because acid will climbs up to the point where you can taste it on your tongue), heart beat(becomes quickker and harder) , and your breathing. Yet she still manage to be an Idol, being watched by many people with, the pressure is incomparable to my experience.

For all those worried about Kaela, if you pass out, you just stop laughing and breath naturally even while unconscious. It is the same with children threatening to not breathe. Your biggest hazard is injuring yourself if you fell.

Everyone's fighting on their own. Unfortunately, some are more severe than others (Sana back injury, Haachama unspecified illness, Kanata hearing loss). Not to mention the countless hiatus caused by mental & physical issues. So, be nice & support them while you can.

I used to laugh like that over a video. And i felt my life slipping away.. silent laughing is no jokes.. do it too hard and you pump your oxygen faster than you take them. It was a scary experience.

Yeah, there's a pretty famous one that happened in England in the 70's. The person in question was watching an episode of The Goodies and died of cardiac arrest after laughing for 20 mins straight. Fainting itself is usually not harmful at all, its the body shutting down the conscious to take control of things.
Like fainting from a panic attack, is just the body trying to stop the stress from getting worse.
This explains a whole lot about why Kaela has such a subdued laugh. If she ever laughed like a person who doesn't have any type of breathing issues she could literally die laughing. Talk about the 'Killing Joke'. No villainous Joker arc for Kaela I suppose.

Healthy is a subjective term. I have GERD. It can cause irreversible damage over time if not treated properly. As a vocal performer she will have to increase the size of her normal oxygen delivery or shorten the length between deliveries. It’s an added cost that she may not have taken into consideration when she signed up with Hololive. I wish her the best.

I've already come to terms with the fact that this is probably something Kaela has been living with and gotten used to. This is just new information FOR US. Given time, we will get used to it, too.
I know how it feels to reveal that I have a medical condition and for the people who learn about it to suddenly become very sensitive about it. Even though I know they care about me, it's quite annoying.
Don't make Kaela be TOO patient with us. Get it out of your system sooner rather than later.

Worst case she would have fainted, at which point the subconscious breathing reflex would have gotten her past the laughter attack. Might have even woken herself back up from the sudden big gasp of air. It's _really_ hard for you to suffocate yourself as long as there isn't any foreign object or influence to block your airways. I believe even reflexes like coughing and sneezing are partially suppressed while unconscious.
I was so confused when I joined the stream late, just a few minutes before she came back from the oxygen, and she starts talking about this. I was like... what kind of scary game is this to get the gaming god Kaela to the point of nearly passing out?? Wow

At first it's sight, then it's hearing, then touch, then your balance. I've collapsed twice as a teen lacking in sleb, and almost passed out again last week. I had to breath in deeply and calmly to make sure i didn't fall and worry my family. I hope Ela's Gerg doesn't mess her up too much in the future
