Why did you assume the minimum torque/turning moment at Point O to be zero and not some positive value? Engine torques never go absolutely zero. 2. Regarding minimum possible angular speed, why not point P instead of point C?

Minimum value of turning moment occur at 0°, 180°, 360° and maximum value at 90°, 270°.
Here reference point considered for forward stroke only
