Ingredients:
How to make Sharjah Shake and Karriku Shake
Sharjah Shake
Frozen Milk - 1/2 Litre
Ripe Plaintain (Kathilipayam) - 1 Big
Crushed ground nuts - 1 tbs
Horlicks or Boost - 1 to 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbs
Ice cream powder/ Ice Cream Mix - 1 tbs
Karriku Shake
Tender Coconut - 1 Big
Sugar - 2 1/2 tbs
Frozen Milk - 1/2 Litre
Seedless dates - 3 nos.
Soaked Cashew Nut - 5 to 6

In sharja shake instead of ice cream powder we can add chocolate powder and one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Tastes really good. 👌
