Ms. Lisa these are the most realistic faux pies I have ever seen! You’re talent amazes me. The Lord has surely blessed you. Thank you so much for sharing all of these beautiful pies with us.
So for the Apple pies. You can use those wedge white makeup sponges. Cut them in small wedges like real apple slices. Tea stain them, let them dry and glue them in. They really look like apple slices. ❤
Your attention to detail is incredible! You thought of every detail to make these pies look real. It made my mouth water. I want some ice cream to go with them. You are a very good teacher, Lisa. I could watch you all day long.🥰
These pies look delicious! I can't believe how real they look! All the small details make a huge difference. You are amazing at creating whatever comes to mind. Thank you so much Lisa!
Lisa!!! You never disappoint my friend I've been away for a bit. To come back, hear your sweet comforting voice, watch your ridiculous creativity, just made me happy! God Bless You!
Lisa, this is fantastic they look so real. You did an amazing job. I'm going to give this a try. Thank you so much for all your inspiration. ❤ God bless
These are the prettiest and cutest things I have ever seen! You are so creative and these look so real , when I showed the end of the video to my husband he said , “They look delicious!” He thought they were real pies! Wow!
Those pies are so cute! I think I would glue a stiff cardboard on the bottom inside of pie pan to make it more sturdy. Im inspired to make some. I think the fabric you used looks much more realistic than muslin.
These are adorable. I saw someone do a faux apple pie and they took q sponge, cut it into little square pieces and rolled it around in mod podge/cinnamon let dry and put in the pie pan and then cut the batting into stripes to lay across the top like you would stripes of dough for a real apple pie. Was so cute. Many ideas on pinterest😊
These are adorable. They look good enough to eat. When I make an apple pie, I cut pie dough in the shape of an apple with the stem (I have a cutter) and put in the middle. You could do that with your fabric.
I start fall in May. Lol Love the pies. I have had, what I call "fake bakes" in my booth for years. They sell very well for me at Christmas. At other times during the year, not so much. I may try these pies in my fall booth as I can always try to sell during the Christmas season, if they don't sell during fall . They are so cute.
Those are neat looking! I know when I’ve made homemade pies I have cut the beginning letter of the fruit used in the center of the pie and the slits around like you have!❤
I absolutely love these! So realistic looking. I was thinking you could add some drops of apple scented essential oil on the Poly-fil for the apple pie. Maybe other scents for the others like sugar cookie essential oil or something else.
I love these Miss Lisa I’ve been wanting to try and make some bowl fillers so I wouldn’t have to buy them so I’m so thank you for giving me the inspiration to make some . Love you sweet lady 💕👏💕👏💕
Hi Lisa, Soooo realistic❣️Great idea how u made the apples on top. Was that a faux cup of coffee in the delicious vignette? If so and you made it please share 😁
@@ourshabbycottage8553 By putting paper in the bottom what is that doing? Taking up space so you don’t need a lot of resin? I would think the paper will soak it up though. Maybe Iam not understanding what you mean. You painted it with the one one? Lol😂💕 Typo Iam sure. What color? 😆 Thank u
Good morning Lisa! Happy Lord's day :-) I made the faux pie and it turned out absolutely adorable! I even posted it to Facebook and got lots of positive comments. I tried the spray foam in the mini aluminum bread pans. Unfortunately, even after 24 hours the foam has not set in the bottom of the pan! The tops are hard. It's not until I remove the aluminum pan then it begins to harden. However in doing so the foam has stretched and is misshapen. Any thoughts?

Thank you so much my dear sweet friend ❤️🙂
Using the Warm and Natural batting really makes the pies so more realistic. Would love of a slice from each one. Yummy!
🤣❤️

Died apples would also look nice as a decoration on top of apple pie. These are adorable. Love the warm and natural batting

These are the best looking primitive pies I’ve seen yet! Thank you for sharing ❤❤

These came out ADORABLE!!!😍🥰 I’d trace out a apple shape with the faux pastry and put it in the middle of the pie (like they do the maple leaves 🍁).🍏🍎
Great idea!!
Lisa, I did some similar to yours, but instead of using the white poly fill, I use cinnamon apple potpourri so they would have an apple pie fragrance.
Great idea !
That’s a good idea!!!

I've use dried apples and cut them. You can use coffee grunge to stain where you've cut them. Very cute pies.
Good idea 👍 thank you

Another suggestion to top off the apple pie: how about a dried apple slice? Apple slices sold in bags at craft store or online.
That is ingenious!

You are so welcome!
For pie topping: use empty spice shaker jar; add cinnamon, fine white glitter or sea salt. Sprinkle on top of the modge podge. Saves time!
👍❤️
Maravilloso !!!❤ que tela es la que ocupas para hacer la cubierta ? Se ven deliciosos !!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤗🌟
Thank you so much! That is a quilt batting called Warm and Natural that I have coffee stained.
These are so sweet! (Pun intended!)😅❤
Glad you like them!
Hi Lisa, Soooo realistic❣️Great idea how u made the apples on top. Was that a faux cup of coffee in the delicious vignette? If so and you made it please share 😁
Yes it was! I stuffed the bottom with old paper and pour resin over the top. Then I painted with the color one one and put a gloss clear coat over🙂❤️
@@ourshabbycottage8553 By putting paper in the bottom what is that doing? Taking up space so you don’t need a lot of resin? I would think the paper will soak it up though. Maybe Iam not understanding what you mean. You painted it with the one one? Lol😂💕 Typo Iam sure. What color? 😆 Thank u

The foam is sandable. Maybe try that. Maybe let it set up a couple of days to see if that does it. I hope this helps❤️🙂
Could you use dried apple slices on the Apple??
I bet you could!😊
Your faux pies are so darn cute!! You used foam-based air dry clay for the berries. What brand?
Modelite
Oops, i just found the clay brand name in the description!
Glad you found it.
