the civic infrastructure even on billionaires boulevard is average at best. Roads are shitty as usual. Power lines are overhead instead of underground. You can get better infrastructure in any sobha/pretige villaments. Its sad that even after spending 50000 - 75000 per sq feet, they still have to experience shitty infra
