How so? I'm a life-long Tolkien fan, and I absolutely adore this entire album. Is it just the fact that it's metal and Tolkien very likely wouldn't have liked the genre? The lyrics definitely resonate with the courage and despair of the duel.
It's easy to "criticize" something if you speak nebulously on it and don't actually explain what's wrong about it properly. What value or insight musically is offered by just saying a song is clumsy and not offering a genuine explanation of what you mean? It just comes across as trying to get a rise out of people which can achieved in far more efficient ways than this.
