Thank you for specifically saying there's no polarity with brake switch. I cut my connectors off to shorten the wire and realized I didn't mark which wire was what, I've been searching for that exact answer to make sure I don't shorten anything out. That's literally the last connection I need to make to finish wiring my bike

I'm making my 2003 yz250f street legal. I just really need the brake light setup part of this kit. Would that work? Bike doesn't have a battery but I'm guessing I can just use one? +Maurice Grissom The only issue you'd run into is powering a headlight. Your stock stator does not produce enough power to run a headlight so you'd have to figure that out. Other than the headlight as long as you ordered the kit that includes the battery pack you'd be able to run this kit from that battery pack. The battery pack has plenty of power to power the kit (Blinkers, Horn, Brake/ Taillight) but not a headlight. That power needs to be produced by the bike. Let us know if you have any other questions.

That is correct, this kit does not include reflectors. Each state has their own requirements which is why we always recommend checking your specific state laws to ensure you have everything you need. You can still utilize this kit and add reflectors where required easily.

Your bike has a rear drum brake system. Which requires a standard universal brake light switch. No sorry it would not. Your TTR125 uses brake shoes for the rear vs. the hydraulic brake pad system. So the hydraulic brake switch that our kit comes with would not be compatable . The TTR125 also does not come with a battery like the TTR250 does. You would need to order a kit that comes with a recharchable battery pack. If you wanted to make it work with a little modifying, you would need to order the kit for a 2000 WR400F and then purchase separately a universal brake switch ( www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/1195/27231/K-%26-S-Universal-Brake-Light-Switch ) in order to work with your bikes braking system. These are just a couple things that i've seen to look out for, you could run into some more?

The bolt & nut setup is definitely the strongest method. We have never tried a glue to attach the rear fender/tail light together. For long term use i wouldn't think it would hold up? Just my .02 cents. ~Vinny

This will work for your bike, just a couple things to know. If your bike has a battery, then you will want the kit without. Also, just know that this kit was intended to go with bikes that have a headlight. It will give you the tail lights and blinkers, but it won't power a headlight if one didn't on the bike.
I found a problem... my engine killswitch by tusk plugs into the main harness but doesnt show anywhere on the diagrams how to connect to my bike and all the videos I found say it's only an on and off switch for the lights even though it says engine stop on it... why is it my bike was street legal until I bought the tusk compact switch panel and now the harness too since I am obviously to stupid to reconnect 5 wires....

Instead of connecting the supplied brake switch to the rear brake, you could install it on the front master cylinder and it should work, correct?

@@rmatvmc so I bought a separate headlight . So this won’t work with it? For my 2012 kx450
I found a problem... my engine killswitch by tusk plugs into the main harness but doesnt show anywhere on the diagrams how to connect to my bike and all the videos I found say it's only an on and off switch for the lights even though it says engine stop on it... why is it my bike was street legal until I bought the tusk compact switch panel and now the harness too since I am obviously to stupid to reconnect 5 wires....
Is there an electric start wire on this harness?
i need help with the headlight, i’m using the same bike, it didn’t come with a headlight, how do i hook up the headlight to those 3 wires
