CGD has always been a very positive development focused channel regarding Veve, much to the likes of MyCollectables. I really hope Veve listens to this video and actually pays attention to the sentiment in the community. Sure it's their company and they can run it as they wish, we are just the customers/consumers of their product. But alot of us have been here for many years now, supporting the team and the project, trying to help it grow and succeed and I feel like alot of us feel unheard and not cared about. A lot has been promised by the team which then was left completely in the dark. I'm sure most of us don't expect everything to come tomorrow, but I feel like we do deserve some clarification from the team on why their development regarding things like Veveverse is experiencing such a long delay. While I believe Veve is here for the longterm, false promises and being silent is what makes people think of Veve being a scam project ... again I don't agree with that, I still believe in Veve but I can't deny the facts.

If Veve watched this video, took notes and executed on what really needs to be done to be more successful like making much more engaging advertisements, talking about VeveVerse requirements ( i have a feeling it won't run on mobile devices, or atleast very well, probably needs a beefy PC in order to work) we could be in a much better sentiment. I just sent a request to Veve's customer service about why the Blackpink Gold/Pink/Silver edition collectibles are so dark and bland in AR/Showroom compared to the bright and shiny look on the Store/Market photo and they completely ignored my response because my last sentence was what is going on with the Lightsabers not having the correct color in showrooms and all they replied about was the Lightsabers.

Thank you Josh. Subscribed... This is how so many of us feel with different topics. Criticism doesn't necessarily make you a fudder, praise doesn't necessarily make you a moon boi. Give credit where due, just be honest about it. VeVe has earned a lot of criticism but instead of embracing it, addressing it, working towards compromise, they ignore it and let it fester. They ignore some people who give feedback that might not have a loud voice among their customer base. And they have to be more transparent to inspire trust and grow as a company. (Also, wish they'd stop the special treatment for some. We're all customers here and supporting them.)

Passion & excitement turn to boredom & disappointment when communication doesn't help bridge the gap between reality and expectations caused at least in part due to prior communication that doesn't match reality or the timelines given.
[4:13] 💯 I want a systems requirements for their AR too. It doesn't record for me at all. Like 1% of the time so I just don't use it. Therefore I'm bored with the little utility VeVe currently offers and frustrated not knowing why it does not work for me.
@@collectorsgd The AR video doesn't work for me either, also getting multiple collectibles in AR i have a bug where the AR buttom won't even show up when im in the empty space showroom so i can't even access AR with more than 1 collectible. Veve's customer service gave me no answer why it didn't work.

Good video. At 2:45, you say, ",,,You can understand the vision, it doesn't mean it's going to 'Poof!' into thin air right next to you. VeVe Comics app comes to mind. Still, many good points, but I still extend the benefit of the doubt to VeVe, who has accomplished so much in the past couple of years. A few other thoughts: - I personally sympathize with their reluctance to put individuals forward, since this community has a habit of demonizing them far beyond acceptable limits. I want VeVe's account responses to come from VeVe, not the next Trevor or Ryan or even RevAlex. So that's also a double-edged sword. Professionalism matters. - Their advertising is amateur, and I hate it. I'm in the industry, and it is just so bad. - I also hate the vault we have. It's a phone destroyer and just frustrating to work with in AR. - It's not their account management that's bad, it's their operational management (and QA, UI/UX) that limits them. - As for the VVV, I'm super frustrated there too. From all accounts, it's sensational, but - I can't get in. I believe in AR/VR, and the power this will have over the entire ecosystem, but waiting is beyond frustrating. All that said, I see the vision, I have seen things just Poof! into existence. I understand where VeVe is coming from with holding back on information, but they've taken it too far. Last thing: Josh, the machine requirements for the VVVerse might be high for the premium experience, but that's honestly ok with me. This community will cry for anything less than perfection anyway, so from their point of view, maybe they delay to make it as good as possible, while keeping a close eye on their competitors who are so quick to copy every move they make. As retail, you may be frustrated, but as an investor and collector, I trust in the team that's already accomplished so much.
