the infamous Davie MacPhail uses them. So must be good.
If they as good as my CR10 13' and 14' float rods which I use for Grayling. My favorite fish to fish for.
Maybe its time to look at one for my spider and dry fly fishing.
Hi Neil, it's Chappy the cameraman...I worked for many years on Trout magazines and saw a lot of rods, these are as good as any out there, no question in my mind. The amount of effort, time, and expenditure that has gone into creating Stevie's signature range has kind of shocked me really, simply because they were conceived by a truly superb fly angler and not made to a price point or dictated to by some faceless greedy company director up 'the food chain' who only wants to see big profits for share holders. I can tell you Stevie is utterly delighted with this range. He just couldn't justify putting his name and reputation to a product in which he did not believe! Hopefully, you can catch up with the team at an open day, or of course you're welcome to buy one and return it for a full refund, if you are not 100% happy with it. 👍👍
@@CadenceFlyFishing Chappy enjoy your camera work. The last couple years my fly fishing has changed a lot from still water with 8# 10 loomis and sage and 14' sage xp rods for Salmon. Now concentrate on fishing for the lady using spiders, fished them for 50 plus years them and dry's on northern dales rivers taking on a roaming approach. Being a Yorkshire man don't buy tackle unless its quality.
