There are seige wave and seige bomb attacks. Siege waves are best used alongside Range or Cavalry. Using a 30% Range. 50% Siege. 10% each remaining layer wave in a PvP setting allows Siege to do huge damage to well layered range and ground based defense with low losses.
Seige bombs you send 100% Siege with not a single layer (including subs. I repeat so not send subs when launching a Siege bomb)
You can piece apart a defense from behind. Launching a Siege bomb first against a well layered defense that cannot be rallied while Siege is in play. You cut the Siege. And in a single move you have weakened the same defense that was untouchable to an easy clear.
Hey, would you mind going a bit more into detail about siege heavy archer/cav marchers? Like when are they better then non heavy siege ones/on which occasions would you prefer those.

during the battle when the troops lose all the def they will continue fighting until lose all Hp or what?

I think defense works more like mitigation. It reduces the power of the attack. Units only "lose" hp.

Hello which gen is best for all siege i am from s6
In my experience we call that siege tricking basically you get a general with a combo siege attack default skill and then place another siege attack skill and then siege range and siege load skills on there with all of their gear being based either around siege range or siege attack then you attack with your highest available siege usually tir 13 or 14 to basically dominate the entire enemy 3rd the only way that I have seen this counter
The The only way I have seen this countered is when the defender uses a mounted attack general with mounted speed level 4 and even then a significant portion end up dying before they even get in range to attack the siege

Has anyone tried using Mounted troops along with siege? Going off the battle mechanics. Wouldn’t siege kill enemy siege and ranged troops before Mounted troops arrive? Making them free to kill enemy ground troops?
I was wondering this to because I'm debating on building up Ulyess Grant he has a skill Siege an Mounted already equipped in that case I would spec him but I got Alfred the great, Martinus, Minamoto, Trajan an I'm having a hard time deciding what specific troop type I want to focus on soley I'm leaning more towards Siege or Arch tho Mounted it's a toss up for me man
i did it was, but the result is not very good, i suggest you using pvp gen with default skill cav and siege attack, like khalid with preset, (80% siege, 15% cav, and 5% layers of lower tier), i added to my khalid skillbox (siege attack, siege range bonus and siege defend) the result is WOW 🤩
So I always told my players that miser guide have decent set ups and they can be used, but his understanding of how the battle mechanics are incorrect so the troops set can be used but you can't use misers understanding of how the battle mechanics work to create your own set up. The exception is here as siege marches on anything except a NPC sub is a waste of a march. The siege will splat and you will spend a lot of gems fixing what remains. Siege are 100% assistant troops. Miser you should do a few proof of concept videos please.
Question, I’m American culture with K35, lvl 35 walls, archer tower and archer camp, have 300k t14 archers, but all troops marches still have t13s attire even the archers . What has to be done to have my troops change to the t14 troops attire? Thanks

Nice covering and good assumption.. my experience with having sieges in either my march or keep is a bit different tho they don't just target sieges they target all 4 types of troops and deal more damage to unites that has less hp and def cuz they got the range to reach all units and this what confuse most of players when attack keeps without sieges and instead heavy archers or ground, you can't ever kill sieges in a keep before you wipe out all their melee troops first cuz they'll be out of your range unless you have sieges in your march too then you can reach them even tho they have melee troops still in the keep but your thoughts about them were really interesting i liked it thanks for sharing

Will like to hear about PvP skill books priorities. Specially for cav and ground generals. As speed is very debated skill book for cav and ground attack generals. Would like to hear your thoughts on that.
Sorry if this was already addressed but I'm confused as at around 14:30, you contradict or seem to about seige killing other troop types... So if seige have no enemy seige to attack fo they start attacking other troop types or not? As this seems a contradiction, maybe I just missed something. Cheers!
At that point I was talking more about the effectiveness of attacking siege. Say you attack an enemy that has little siege left (say 1000 of each tier). Your siege will target their siege and kill it, but then get decimated by other troops shortly after. You will have much higher power loss than your enemy and it will have been a very ineffective attack. On the other hand, if the enemy has a lot of siege and your siege are more powerful you will able to do more damage to the enemy troop power than you lose yourself.
Hi Miser. I am watching your series with interest, great job! I don't have much experience in PvP, however there are some facts that doesn't exactly correspond to your conclusions. Siege attacks Siege... Not completely true. You can easily check this during Undead Event. I am leaving my highest tier siege during the event, I get zero wounded siege, however the UD siege does some damage to my troops. That means that your previous claim that units attack whatever comes first in attacking range is more likely to explain this. Second thought on your guide is that you are looking at the battlefield like an empty field. However there is a wall. I believe Archers sit on the wall and they don't actually move. Siege stays at the back of the defending city and also don't move. The only units which move during defence are the horses- rushing out of the castle and clearing the ground, and the ground targetting the archers... There are more questions in my head, but this is getting too long for TH-cam commentary. Cheers!
Not all mechanics in the game function in the same way. Undead event =/= bosses =/= pvp. I think the closest "safe" test you could do with npc would be huns invasion whenever that comes back. Walls also don't serve any pvp battle purpose. As nice as that would be defensively, walls do not add anything to the battle other than that they hold traps (which isn't a huge bonus at all). I really wish the defending troops operated a bit differently. It would make a lot more "real-world" sense. To be defensible in that way, I would load up on archers and siege and build very little of the rest since it would essentially double the effectiveness of ranged troops. Sadly, that's not the case.
I have 1 question. Im keep 23 and i have 170k of t8 +t9 troops. Should i kill them all and spend all of my training speedups to build t1 catapults
Use them to train your generals in a sub city. That way you'll kill some of your troops with each attack, while your generals get stronger. Is tedious, but worth it.

so im currently at k25 and have been saving up to 1 billion resource each. should i go for stage 3 of consuming event, or should i keep saving until i can reach 5B resource
That's a personal choice. 5b gives you far more rewards but it also means you need to hold onto the resources that much longer.
There’s a lot of talk with seiges that we should just keep them in the city for defense only. Also what’s the best way to clear out a defensive city loaded with traps only?
Siege are good for specific kinds of attacks at higher levels, but outside of that I'd agree with that statement. Traps don't do a whole lot, so I wouldn't bother worrying about them.

I want to be able to create my defense so that no player can attack me alone .. that they can only attack me in rallies ..
I would like to know what would be the minimum troops that I should have in my bastion
It would depend on your buffs, but with a solid wall general and good buffs you would still want to be 1.5 bil power or more to require a rally. That's not to say you still can't get multiple hits from the same player and broken after a few hits.
i am a k30 with 180M power, even a k31 (168M), k32 (198M) cant zeroed me by solo within 4x trial 😂, i make them both zeroed. now i am about 198 M, btw i am from 360 server, my alliance name is TCP, my castle named as Ricky Po

only way to replace books is to add more books until it is replaced. but youll risk getting other books replaced too. thats why its best to use level 1 books first until youre sure thats what you want before replacing them with level 4 books.
you can do that by using lv1 skillbox, starting with (1 HP, 2 defend or something else, 3 attack ) just remember the number, you can switch 1 and 2, but number 3 is still the last
Man, I cannot get this off my head, and I think you might know the answer. 1. Are bots permitted in Evony? 2. If not, is Evony team banning permanently the accounts of those who are caught using them?

@@The_Miser Good. The last thing I heard was that since Evony the King return release there are no more bots anymore. But recently some scammers are offering "bots".
Bots are in evony age 1 and age 2 there are no bots in TKR.
