The Helicopter Rig

The helicopter rig is known to be devastating for tench. This is the version that I have tweaked over the past year until I had 100% confidence. The hooklengths are usually 8lbs breaking strain and hooks between a size 12 and 10, though do not be scared to drop to a 14 is needed. I find this set-up works well with artificial baits as well as small boilies or sweetcorn.
