In this funny Mario game all the enemies are buffed up and have crazy muscles arms. This makes Super Mario Bros. both hilarious and insanely difficult at the same time. Watch out for some CRAZY boss fights!

I loved that anime-esque intro for the game. And Darby, Mario's not giving a thumbs up... that's a different finger. But great video!
To be fair, the Toads at the end of castles look like they're holding up a finger that isn't their thumb
The fact that he took a break from the game for some time feels like one of those things in movies where a character sucks at something at first, a few scenes go by and then learns from their mistakes and comes back better than ever

So the joke for the second boss (Koopa) is he's cosplaying as a member of the Akatsuki from Naruto (Ninja Anime) , and they do a lot of hand signs/techniques in the show (like the mist/fog jutsu he uses in the battle, you can see it when he does the changing fingers/two finger pose) , so in essence he is a "Ninja Turtle", and so he calls on other Ninja Turtles albeit from a different franchise
So you get that mix of Mario Koopa Turtle mixed with Naruto Ninja techniques/attacks and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as the cavalry
Oh! That makes it even better
the first boss is Netero from Hunter X Hunter, 2nd you got Akatsuki from Naruto and he summons his Ninja Brethren the TMNT, the third is from One Piece I believe and im not sure the 4th yet but I love it

Yup, this is definitely one of those "What were they on" type of games because this is not something you can come up with in a normal state of mind lol.
My mind doesn't need drugs because I'm constantly in that state of mind (atleast according to multiple descriptions of what it's like to be on em)
I mean I came up with one where you roll and have to move around to gain enough momentum and kill them

Given how the game looks the Arms states are Flesh (/or Brown) is decoration and not a threat.
But when the arms are Red is a Hit (/or attack) state.

This game is one giant anime reference. LOL The Goomba was a reference to Fist of the North Star. The Koopa was the Akatsuki from Naruto. The Pokey appeared to be inspired by Buggy the Clown from One Piece (which if you haven't seen the Netflix show yet, he steals the show.)

Those purple creatures when you went into the pipe, are a dfo reference.
I can't imagine a part 2 of this game with others stronger mario ennemies. Lakitu, bloops, hammer bros, boo and the others koopalings, that would be impossible.
Those bosses were crazy!
The koopa trooper has the Akatsuki symbols from Naruto on its shell, hence why the finger movements before the attacks like the ninjas do in the anime.
and why he calls on the Ninja turtles because he is a ninja turtle too.

the bosses in this look so brutal it reminds me of a game called rabi ribi. Bosses that feel unfair but you just need to learn patterns and pratice them

Darby if you didn't know, the Koopa boss in the second level is a reference on the Akatsuki from the Manga/Anime Naruto.
What my observations tell me, is that when you are standing on a pipe that leads to a level, the ghostly figure shows what the final boss is going to be
Pipe 1: Macho Goomba
Pipe 2: Macho Koopa

A very literal ninja turtle. The Koopa Troopa's fire and water magic as well as his vanishing/teleporting are classic ninja abilities, and his shell decoration is evocative of ninja imagery.

@@BlueTelevisionGames and I am going to make a full release some day! (+8 worlds [8 Normal worlds, 1 post game world] Better graphics, smoother movement, mini games, secrets, bosses, and all that good stuff) it's going to come out in a year or so
When we used to play SMB in the arcade, and didn't have the NES yet, and so didn't know all the characters' names (except the Goomba, which was printed on the bezel), we called the Hammer Bros. "the NINJAS"! Then, when TMNT came out, it made me think of them! (And BTW, Buzzy Beets we called "armadillos"!)
You should do a part two of this also the turtle having almost have of Itachi power is crazy. I love to see a part 2 of this when you have time
