Thanks for the video. Have you ever had any other printing errors? Mine printer was working but I had to send it in for repairs and I just got it back and now when I am trying to print it takes a while then it just says Error. No explanation. I am going to reach out to their support but I was hoping maybe you had some suggestions.

This has been some of the worst experiences ever with this printer. The underpin doesn't work, my dingle hasn't worked much at all since I received the machine and with 2 days left on returning it, it's a high chance this is going back. I've uninstalled the rip software to now find there is no license file that I use in the dongle even though I see it in the folder. A total 6k disaster!
When I went to print- the printer is saying “Out of Paper: Tray 1”. It will not print using the bypass tray and all my queues are correct in the ProRIP software. I have researched for about an hour with this issue, and I cannot find an answer! I sent you an email as well explaining the problem I’m running into. Any ideas as to what I can do? Hopefully it’s an easy fix that I’m overlooking. Thank you!

i have selected overprint and the printer is not printing the white overprint on a transfer any ideas on how to fix this or trouble shoot it?

Just got my printer and set it up. When i print I only get white lines and some letters on right side. Any ideas?

Every time I try to print I am printing wirelessly with the 560 it just stays stuck on print even tho I can print a test page fime
I almost always use the USB. Make sure you have a sheet in the tray even if you are using the bypass.
I usually print with A4 8.27×11.69 paper, this time I got Letter 8.5x11
And it keeps telling me "misfeeding paper."
I've changed it to letter on the machine and on the software.
It gives me this error from Tray 1 and the Bypass Tray
Before this I had printed on paper and had no problems, but now it won't grab the A Foil
I've already turned the machine on and off to reboot it.
Using Forever Dark 8.5x11, Uninet i560.

It's stuck on "holding" for us even with the settings all correct. Help?

My printer won’t print white on overprint. Uninet support had me reinstall the software and still no luck 😢

Keep at least one sheet in the printer tray even if you are using the bypass.

Is the USB connected to the computer and the printer and the printer powered on?
