I use PNG, SVG, JPEG, PDF ... I think PDF is probably the best for truest color.

is it possible to use any sticker paper for the printer or are the white/clear sticker paper special made from Uninet?
The clear and kraft paper sticker paper I used are from Online Labels. They are not made by Uninet.

Whats the largest size transfer or how to do a image larger than 8x11
The icolor 560 will only print 8x11 max. If you'd like to print larger you might want to look at this model that can print 11x17 shrsl.com/3td9w

So I got one of these printers from Sign Warehouse but it is constantly jamming. I am so frustrated going back and forth with support. What other software do you have running on your computer and is your printer so tricky, so sensitive that the slightest little thing will cause it to jam? I am sick to death of it already and I haven't even gotten to make any shirts with it yet.
I would try only loading one sheet at a time.
@@SilhouetteSchool .. so I got a follow up email from Uninet Support and after everything we went over through email and video chat they think a bad fuser unit and most likely why I am having sooo many issues. I'm getting a new fuser unit.
Can someone help me, I do the whole process but the first wash the design cracks all over
