If you’re having trouble selecting the tip of all the triangles make sure they have no fill. Took me a while to figure that part out.

You need to hold Shift while clicking the triangles, i think. Worked for me, at least.

I can not get past the moving of the anchor points because my triangles do not have one single point in the middle where as it would distort all points at once but mine just move one triangle point at a time. Help plz

At 3:50 Create a marquee selection.
First you have to use direct selection tool (A) and then "click and drag" on the empty space near the points until the entire points you want to move become selected and now you can move the points.
      Or you can learn here:
      www.dummies.com/software/adobe/illustrator/adobe-cs5-illustrator-selection-tool/

@@vectivedesign9487 I have this problem also, when you select the empty space it selects the individial triangle, it wont select the group to distort, there is no central point to click just the tips of five individual triangles

@@georginajenniferrobertson Hi, this maybe a little bit complicated because English is not my native language but I will try my best to explain. I guess your selection is interfered by the color fill.
So the solution is first you have to change the layer preview in outline mode. To do this please hold the Command key (Mac) or Ctrl key (Windows) and click the layer’s eye icon in the Layers panel. Do this only to the layer that contains the artwork not to the background layer. After that you will only see the outlines without color fill. Next please do marquee selection. It means you have to click on the empty space near the points and drag to the entire points you want to move until all the points become selected. Now click and drag again to move the points.

@@vectivedesign9487 Still didn't work for me. I keep on picking the triangles and not the anchor point in the middle of the polygons. Only way of moving the middle is to mark it from outside but then i move other anchor points as well and not just the middle...
