I'm just flat out telling you that both products are another shitty influencer product, and that Logan Paul/KSI 1) Didn't come up with the drink, 2) Don't manage the company, 3) Are just the faces of the product for marketing purposes.
They can partner with all the football clubs they want, but you'll never see an athlete drinking Prime during a competition.

Prime is the biggest con ever, Its not a sports drink or rehydration drink.
When we sweat we lose water and sodium, Thats why most sports drinks are high in sodium.
Problem we sodium it tastes terrible, So sweeteners or glucose need to be added to the drink to disguise it.
We don't lose much potassium when we sweat so very little is in most sports drinks.
So why is prime high in potassium and low in sodium?, Its so they can be low in sugar and high in electrolytes, Even if the electrolytes its high in we don't need, And can be harmful if ingested in high amounts.

Young people you don't know which of your hearts can handle the stress of too much caffeine. Therefore you don't know which of you will fall. Do not drink these drinks.
I don't know about this stuff, but I had to throw out a case of Monster Energy crap once on a job, and we poured it down an industrial hazard shower drain. That cast iron drain looked like it had acid poured over it, it did not have any visible chemical reaction or create any heat or anything, but it did degrade the surface.
I had been to the Emercency Room several times and the doctors told me they see people there everyday complaining about Arrhythmias, Palpitations and other Cardiac events and the doctors told me that 70% of these energy drinks should need a precription to obtain and often can lead to addiction.
That’s asinine. A standard energy drink barely has more caffeine than a coffee drink. Unless you chugged multiple at once or are very unhealthy already, you should be fine drinking one or two of them spaced throughout the day

Well he does make a good point about if caffeine is so dangerous than why is it being more regulated in products? He also marketed it 18 and up to have an excuse to give if any damages are done to the human body of a result of drinking it bc we all know it isn't safe, but every other drink on the market is allowed to do the same thing because it simply isn't being related bc they know that people are ADDICTED to caffine and that's why it's not regulated. I don't know much about Logan Paul other than he's always in the 'news' and media. So I have nothing against him. When it comes to caffeine and sugar on the other hand, I honestly don't know why these two products aren't highly regulated more strictly. I was like half the people commenting here in my mid 20's, laughing at how sugar and caffeine is a 'drug'. Now that I am older, read books on food science, the human body, brain chemicals, etc. and just seeing how the long term use of these two chemicals can truly be problematic. Let alone financially speaking due to insurance bills. Example, I have a friend who eats super clean almost his whole life, he does plumbing for his day job and goes to the gym 5 times a week. He's been drinking coffee twice a day (for his job) and taking pre-workout before the gym. One day he get's these bad stomach cramps and goes to the doctor. They do all sorts of tests and took weeks to finally figure out what was wrong. He ended up having several ulcers throughout his digestive tract which were caused by long term caffeine use. He also was miserable/lethargic for awhile once he stopped taking anything with caffeine. Gladly now he has no issues, stopped all caffeine products and tells me how much more energy he has throughout the day and get's much better rest at nights.

No it isn't its terrible for hydration, It contains far too much potassium and far too little sodium, When you sweat you lose water and sodium thats why other sports drinks are high in sodium, Problem with sodium it tastes terrible so needs sugar or sweeteners to disguise it, So by keeping the sodium low they can leave the sugar out of the drink, And by adding potassium which we don't need they can make claims about how high in electrolytes it is.
@@deanrolph6912 not true! 15% of sodium is naturally in some foods, including celery, beets and milk. Many people add it while cooking and eating, you're probably getting too much sodium.
