I bought one on BestBuy Marketplace in Canada. It failed after one month. No warranty or service. No parts available for service the vacuum itself. Hope this helps you in your decision
The soft roller is terrible on carpets, still a lot of dusts and cat hairs on my carpet, good news is you can use the dust mite roller on carpets and it is good in getting dusts and cat hairs from carpets.
I only have a playground carpet in our home and I've did try that, works good!.. I normally use it to remove cat hairs on my snapback cap haha (my cats love to sit on it when I forget to hang it somewhere 😜)

But they all fall under the Xiaomi umbrella in one way or another. Dreame developed the Mijia robot 1c, that almost the same as the dreame F9.. Viomi developed the Mijia mop P and also the Mi Smart Kettle and water purifier etc etc. Roborock developed the first Mi robot vacuum and also the Mi Cordless vacuum and the list goes on . Dreame is part of the Xiaomi family, which grows like almost every week hehe
@@rotsuuu actually, I really believe Dreame is a great company. Their CEO is a true genius..an inventor at very young age (kid). They managed to develop their own brushless motor, probably one of the few Chinese companies who don't 'buy in' from other manufacturers. Be on the lookout, as they will launch a new LDS Robot Vacuum soon!

It comes with 2 screws.. drill 2 holes..and screw the Dock

Indeed, for a deep clean you need a carpet brush:) the dustmite roller works good for it.:)
