Super mam. My name is Revathi, I met the same problem, one and half before I worked in technology organization as a medical coder, I resigned my job that time. After that I tried many company to attend the interview. But I was eliminated. Now I cleared mam because of you. Thank you. What can do to meet this problem mam? Whom should I contact? Fighting with coporate coys hitting head against mountain are same. These corporate coys paid high salary for few people made them accustomed for luxury lifestyle and made these talented people as slaves. Now they are 🎏 out of water. Atleast those who are new entrants should think twice before going for long term investment such as plot and house. Aggressive saving only will save them. Skill development is more important for long term survival in the field
Madam - Working in IT is not like working in a engineering company to keep doing the same for 30 yrs and retiring . You need to have agility , resilience and learn fast in any role . Setting up a union and fighting can help for certain things like may be severance but it will not guarantee a job . Moving from DB2 , UDP to big data dint happen within a year its evolving can you evolve along with the growth is the questions , if you cannot you have to move to the side line and pick profession in which you can cope up with . If keep looking for raise of 10% every year without growing your capabilities don't blame others .....make your presence irreplaceable....there will be always more than one open offers in any market ...GROW SKILLS !! instead trying to talk in Pure Tamil like a pro ...
