Payroll outsourcing has been there for ages…but this is unique and a nice interview
T2 and T3 city infrastructure cost will be less , Also you can hire resources with less salary compared to T1. Whether it is T1 or T3 you definitely need to spend on training the resource.
This is not first of its kind. Lot of companies are doing HR payroll for so many decades. ADP is there more than 50 years.
Brother ths s just to promote the company. One of the methods of digital marketing jus to increase companys share value and other resources.

Mr Rangarajan Seshadri - You are just an outsourcing company and you are not paying salary - The company outsourced to you and you are just working for the customer. I am into HR & Payroll product company and We are serving many customers but we did not expose as like you. do not expose yourself as a Big person. IN your conversation mentioned DRA - There is no component called DRA. We have crossed 10400 Customers, We will say that we are paying. Customer paying their employees and we are the service provider of the Software - We do have outsourcing customers using our Software.
