@SnifferSock I worked for a restoration company. I thought I was only going to do water mitigation and mold etc. One day a call came in from Tucson Police Department and I found out we were one of the few companies with the proper paperwork to do PMR'S. I did a handful of them before I left. Another dude deleted himself in a bathtub. That was an easier cleanup. He was gone for 10 days before the welfare check found him. The remains are removed, then we would roll in and remove all that remains. I've always wanted a movie or TV show to elaborate on the fact that it's not as simple as a coroner takes the body and it's over. The coroner may take the body, but they don't clean up the mess. Private companies clean up after messy endings alot of times. Insurance typically foots the bill.

As someone who is chronically ill (largely disabled), and almost kicked it at 15 from anaphylaxis, dark humor is definitely a viable coping mechanism. When you have to confront your mortality on a daily basis you gotta be able to treat it lightly. Here's a little anecdote: Out here in Arizona we have something called Valley Fever which, if not caught soon enough, can permanently impair or kill you. When I was 11 or 12 we got a dog from the pound who had contracted Valley Fever, unbeknownst to us. We thought he had mange because he was very stinky. The thing about VF is that after percolating for a while in the lungs, it infects the skin, then the nervous system, and after that you can die. Since we didn't know what was wrong with our dog, it got to his nervous system and he started having seizures. It did irreparable harm to him. Poor thing. So about 15 years after that, my brother came down with Valley Fever. His wife was beside herself with worry, fearing the worst. I said to her that as he hadn't begun to smell like our dog yet, he'd be fine. My brother thought it was hilarious. His wife, not so much.
I know Dean will never remember but it was awesome when I was in Iraq in 05 he was doing a USO tour and he took a minute to get a pic with me outside the chow hall 😊 thank you sir it meant alot even though you were in a hurry

lol... first saw Dean in 1993 - only watched Lois & Clark because of Teri (I went to Jr. High & High School with her) After watching the whole thing - super amusing hearing Dean discuss DAD and the world "back then" - and knowing his my little brother's age and everything was true - the belt, parents being "God Like". I had two GIRLS - now in their mid 30's... but now I deal with a lot of boys through Church - and a number without fathers - fun imparting OLD school lessons.
This has been one of my favorite episodes. I want to call him "Dean-o" now like a nickname you'd give a buddy and take him fishin. The guy just seems so genuine & kind. I really appreciated his take on fatherhood.
Dean Cain was my hero as a kid. A great role model for a young boy. I'm happy that he's matured into someone I can respect as a grown man too. So many of my childhood heroes went off the rails. This man, fine wine.
I can just imagine the climax of a Superman film where Superman is about to go fight Darkseid and he knows he might not come back. So he locks eyes with Lois Lane, getting closer and closer until they're about to kiss, possibly for the last time, and at the last second he pushes her aside, dramatically grabs Jimmy Olsen and plants a long passionate kiss on his lips to charge his powers. "Thanks, Jimmy. You've been a real pal!"

Also, Dean Cain was a regular on the TV in our house as a kid/teenager, was one of the few nights the family would sit around and watch TV together in the 90s....times I value more daily, as each of the members of my family have left me with the memory...and until now, it was a memory that only I had....and now you do too.
Growing up around the British military who went to both Iraq wars, Afghanistan and Kosovo really showed me the importance.if dark humour for such guys because they went through so much.
10:33 The Japanese Eli put me on the floor rolling XD
Dean Cain hosting ripleys believe it or not was literally my childhood.
That was an incredibly plaintive "I wanted to shoot a car" from Dean.
I'm dead. That ad for the headphones and Cody's line "I use them to ignore the swat team knocking on my door" 😵🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Dean has to be one of THE best matches for this crew, damn I'd love to see him be a reoccurring guest. I know its a far shot... But talk about a great fit. Hope we get him out on the range.
Reeve may be Dean's Superman, but Dean is my Superman. I was in grade school when that show came out and I couldn't wait for every new episode. It's awesome to see him on Unsubscribe and see that he really is a good guy. One of the times meeting your heroes works out. I also can't believe he's in his mid/late 50's. Looks good for his age. Can't wait to see him at the next range day.
I got to meet Dean Cain like 10yrs ago when I worked a wizard world Comic-Con in Chicago his booth was right across from my Wild Bill’s soda stand gave him a free mug
Dean is my favourite Clark/Superman. No one has ever portrayed the character the way he did.
Thank you all for this. Much love from South Africa. 🇿🇦
Bro his dad is the man behind the next karate kid. Legendary.
I watched the crap out of the Superman series with Dean. I loved it and it made my childhood so much better for it being around! Great show as always, thank you guys for being the sanity to my crazy days!
Unsub going on a roll with these bangers 🎉 Everyday we’re inching closer to getting Mr. Witcher Warhammer himself. One day boys… one day 🙏🏻
Having him shoot the Gyrojet would be perfect.
I can't wait for the episode with Gary's son that donut already teased on Instagram
@@noodlelynoodle. hell yeah saw that as well. Cant wait for the gang to keep repeating “Why Gary Why”
@@dede8187 ngl I was a bit disappointed realizing it's his son rather than Gary himself but it'll be awesome hearing from his perspective on what his dad did for him
I had a social worker try to get me fired because she thought we were laughing about a dead kid in the EMS room.
I may tease but Dean Cain is my favorite superman. He's who I grew up watching. Plus playing an immortal in Smallville was hilarious
Please bring Dean back. I didn't know who he was before this episode, but he's now one of my all-time favorite guests.
Dean Cain was my first exposure to Superman I grew up watching Lois and Clark in the early 90s
Probably my favorite episode to date. Dean is funny as hell.
Brandon the way you held the can is pure awesome haha you all are awesome thanks for the awesome content and amazing laughter
Dean Cain is such a homie. Him and Demetrius Johnson have been two of my favorite guests. Them and Leon Lush. Also, quick reminder: Tremors is a prequel to Dune.
lol... first saw Dean in 1993 - only watched Lois & Clark because of Teri (I went to Jr. High & High School with her)
After watching the whole thing - super amusing hearing Dean discuss DAD and the world "back then" - and knowing his my little brother's age and everything was true - the belt, parents being "God Like".
Imagine getting pulled over and Superman and Royce Gracie walk up to give you a ticket
I could honestly be having one of the most traumatic, life changing moments, and you guys will always make everything better. You all are amazing!
Another great episode guys. Dean fits in perfect.
The super power offset gives new meaning to "up, up, and away!"
The biggest clue that masks were useless was that the government had no specifications for masks.
The government has specifications for everything. Duration, construction, disposal, all of it.
When the government started mandating masks, but no other requirements, I knew there was zero value to it.
I already knew Dean Cain was a cool guy. He seemed to have fun with y'all. Bring him back soon.
1.30 Sunday morning here in Australia. Middle of winter and freezing cold. I walk inside after helping a sheep who's baby decided to enter the world bum first, and I find this when I sat down to wait for the kettle to boil. So I'm now having a cuppa, with my cat on my shoulder, watching you guys, instead of going to bed.
Omg Dean Cain!!! 9yrs older than me, I'm a long time fan. He's maturing like a fine bottle of top shelf whiskey and can still light a fire 🔥
Grandma soup, spare a thought for the partners of emergency services that learn how to wash the smell out of the uniforms and all the gear. Nothing turns my stomach or offends me anymore. Lol
How cold is it down there?
Greetings from Canada brother. 🤝
@alcoholdonkey it was 2 degrees celsius when I was outside last night. Cold front coming through later today, so it'll drop below zero. Snow predicted over 1000m.
@@Thebroke.n.farmgirl As a Canadian, not bad. It's 35°C here with the humidity, chance of thunderstorm tomorrow.
@alcoholdonkey nice. It get up to 45 on the summer here, so under 10 is just rude. Lol
@@alcoholdonkey People from canada and Jersey in the channel islands who've spoke to me said its colder here than their home due to our shitty housing
Much love from you all from a 18 year old Australian, and y’all have help me through more then you’d ever release. So thank you genuinely
I’m loving Henry in the background eyeing his predecessor.
You mean Henry? I was so confused 😂
@@SnifferSock yeah. Oops. 😂
Don't mean to be that person, it's Henry Cavill. Just saying.
My favorite part about Saturdays. This is such a great episode. Never been a big superman fan but this was really cool.
I’m glad that at least a few of my childhood icons are based
Y'all definitely gotta have him on again! That was a good one. 😎👍
My comment got liked by the Gang!!
Now I feel all special n' shit! 😂🤣
This was the best thing to see immediately after waking up
This is the funniest, most offensive episode I've ever seen and I'm pinning for more. Love everything you guys do. Thanks for making this Marine laugh
I liked dean cain before this but man. Now I have so much respect for him. Id love for him to be back on the show.
